Kind and helpful staff, excellent location

Climate control in the room was not good (warm and humid), and we couldn¿t fix it! We also couldn¿t successfully operate the room nespresso machine.

The location, breakfast, and the staff were excellent.

Our initial room had an unpleasant smell, but they changed our room and the issue was resolved.

Nice hotel at the cental location. All the sights were in walkable distance. Ideal for travelers without a car.

Nothing I didn't like but the shower could have been better. There was a rain shower head that worked fine but when I switched to the handheld it wouldnt stay in place at the proper angle. It shot straight at the wall so it was impossible to use. Also when I washed my hair which is very long, there was no conditioner even though I had requested that the toiletries be filled because the lotion was empty.

Amazing location! Walkable to many of the attractions and excellent restaurants nearby! The staff were very resourceful and friendly.

On our 2nd night there was a leak from the bathroom above us after midnight, as in gushing water onto our bed and no electricity due to a power trip. We didn’t sleep much. We understand things like these happen, unplanned… However it reoccurred the next morning at 9.30am. Again no electricity, in the dark we had to dress up and pack up as we had a train to catch. Wonder why there was nothing done after the first episode and why we had to endure it a second time :(

Great location and super clean and friendly

We loved the location. It was close to food and entertainment.

The bed was firmer than we prefer but was ok overall. In the lobby area near the hall there was a smell of sewer gas most of the time.

Very central location and easy to walk to many sites and stores and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Nice welcome drink offer, friendly staff.

Very hard to park and location is on pedestrian street only. Simple lobby.

Location, cleanliness, upgrade

This is my second time at the hotel. I was there three years ago. It is just beautifully designed the perfect size the perfect amenities and I love everything about this place.

Of course, I wish there was parking, but that’s the nature of the city. You just can’t get a car down there unless you know your cab so I will see the parking is about it, but that’s pretty normal given the ancient city and the restrictions of cars.

Its location and room having everything you need and more (even a yoga mat).

Absolutely everything was Excellent! Location is EPIC! OUT the door to the left is the Setas Sevilla Museum and more importantly the epic MIrador.which is a spectacular architectural marvel and is like a.walj inside a piece of aetwork complete with light show, music and a panoramic view.of Seville! And we had a full moon!Also their are great shops as you walk to PLAZA ENCARNACION aka Setas Sevilla, a pharmacy, Gelato shops, tapas and dinner restaurants, the University of Sevilla to your left, and walking distance to the Gold Tower and many other attractions. Loved the cheery hospitality of Daniel who was very charming, charismatic, eager to recommend attractions and show where their located on a map plus gave us a list ranking 1-5 his preferences and how with certain things are so good " your gonna freak out" and he was right! We did!Cora, Ana, and Paula were really wonderful too. Man I wish I could take them back to California and train them as Brand Partners for my Stem Cell Activation Practice. Really, their that great!

I didn't like leaving, this place is.filled with unique and beautiful courtyards. I'm writing this review as I speak in one of many. The layout of the floor plan is interesting and intriguing. Breakfast/brunch! Another A+The lighting is great. Charming on Steroids is an understatement l. Both property and staff. A+ combination! Genius!

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is in the middle of Old Town, which is a beautiful area. We booked a room for 3, and it was spacious and very convenient.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! The design is unique and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. It’s incredibly quiet with excellent soundproofing, which made for a peaceful stay.The location is right in the heart of the city — super convenient and one of its best features.The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and very helpful.Overall, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
