- It was centrally located, restaurant was good, bar staff were super friendly, and so were the cooks who offered directions when I arrived.

- A few of the staff weren't custoner service oriented, and the shower was backed up.. Was told it couldn't be fixed until after we left.
- The room was hot, no working air conditioning, I asked them to fix the condition, but the only thing they did was to move us to another floor and put small fan, but the room was still hot.
