Was given a dirty room, not cleaned. Had to change .

Easy check-in. Location great (for what I wanted). Breakfast fantastic.

Hotel was in a great location, room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size and the staff was nice! This place is within walking distance to almost everything you want to see! Very easy to get around! Glad we stayed here!

Not the hotels fault - but the parking around this area in Oslo is very pricey! Cost us about $50 for every 24 hours worth of parking!

It is a great property. The rooms are clean and comfortable if you are traveling alone. The breakfast was exceptional. The hotel has a nice gym. The hotel also offers a lounge the whole day where one can have a coffee or tea and some cookies.

The rooms on the street side could be however a bit noisy.

The location of the hotel

There is a serious cleanliness issue. The first room we entered had a dirty toilet. We reported it, and they changed our room, but this time we were placed in an overly cold room that hadn't been preheated. There were also strands of hair around the edges of the bed. Unfortunately, there were other details that made the room feel less than clean overall.

Looks plain at first but there’s much more to it…. Small yet sufficient gym. Comfy pretty Lounge with hot drinks and cookies. Excellent breakfast (which was also surprising) versatile and tasty! Attentive team.

The set up of bathroom is strange… no room for sink - it is in the room. no space for using toilet - when asked to replace the room was accommodated immediately.

The bed was really comfortable - a nice compact room

The breakfast was excellent three days in a row. There’s a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The room had a refrigerator, plus a coffee maker and a kettle.

The front desk service was terrible.They couldn’t open a bottle of wine and refused to give us a corkscrew, so we had to handle it ourselves.My family had an early flight, but I stayed at the hotel. The night before, I asked the front desk to prepare an early breakfast for my family, specifically emphasizing that I wasn’t leaving. As a result, I almost missed my breakfast because, as it turned out, they marked all of us as having already eaten.Cleanliness was poor. A lot of dust was floating in the air. Behind the radiator, it was a complete nightmare, plus there was dust above the headboard of the bed.

Nice breakfast many options for vegetarians

Room is too small ..can't even open my suitcase properly .There is water sink in the room itself which is mostly seen in hotels with one star rating.For shower I can barely stand..too small and claustrophobic ...

The Breakfast was awesome. my daughter loved it. The room was beautiful everything was available

The vanity sink in the room and the AC was on constantly without a regulator. We had to use the heating element to balance the temperature in the room.

Staff were great, breakfast had a huge selection, rooms were clean and comfortable. Although not in the main centre, well connected by public transport.

Rooms were a bit small but we Canadians understand that is the style in Europe

Clean and comfortable rooms. Common areas were nicely appointed and comfortable. The gym was small but adequate. Great breakfast.

Could not open windows because it sounded like a dog was being attacked for hours.

Location is very good, close to public transport and walking distance to the city center on a street with shops. Breakfast was very good in terms of quality of the food an variety. The place where breakfast is served is very cozy and nice.I was positively surprised by the room - I stayed in a single room and usually they are extremely small. Here the room was small but very well organized so that it was easy to move around. Nice staff and great to have a Nespresso machine in the hall!

The space for the breakfast buffet is quite small and sometimes you have to juggle to let people pass. The room with the table for breakfast or heirs is spacious and nice.

Perfect location, great braekfast, nice view from 7th floor. Clear room,. All great!
