Breakfast was very good.

The room is unbelievable small and in half of the room its height is so low that nobody can stand up.

Very helpful front desk staff, very clean, well-appointed room, superior breakfast and breakfast room plus proximity to the Central Station were all appreciated

Location, location, location, cleanliness and breakfast

Size of bed and room and mattress was soft. The room was a wee bit small and cramped.

Size of the room. My first room was really small. After my complaint it was changed.

Excellent breakfast, lots of options and gluten free section, in a lovely breakfast room. Location very near central station.

There were roadworks very close by and this made approaching the hotel from some directions difficult but this is obviously a temporary inconvenience.

Well spouted room / with everything you need from little fridge through safe, coffee and tea and hot water pot . I was very pleased with this experience especially im comparison to all other hotel stays on this trip. This was my forth hotel . Rooms are rather small but enough room for one person. The double bed was comfortable and I slept well. Also this hotel is close proximity to the central train station - especially if one knows to take a direct shortcut through the mall there. From the second level of the station building you basically walk straight into the hotel without having to walk outside and around. Too bad I didn’t know that when I arrived and it was raining.

I guess for me the room was smaller than what I am used to.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. Access to the tram and train was great. Very handsome and beautiful team at the front desk :) and helpful. In Oslo, Girls and boys, old and young, all in shape and tall :)

The hotel is a bit old, but they don't try to hide it, so it's not really a negative. There is a curb separating the bathroom from the room, which is a safety hazard at night.The next is for funIt is hard to call yourself bi- or multilingual when you meet people from Scandinavian Countries. :)I do not consider myself tall anymore after meeting Norwegians

- Great location, just across the train station, and at walking distance from many touristic spots- Excellent breakfast, with plenty of options of bread, jams and cheese (also with varied gluten-free and lac-free options); everything very tasty

- The room was sort of small, but it was nonetheless functional- No amenities in the bathroom, only body wash

The staff were amazing. The lady having Spanish grandfather and the man in the 17.08.25 night were so helpful. I was able to store my luggage until night freely with hospitality. Breakfast was nice.

There were some hair on bed but other then that, room was clean. Room was a little small but manageable.

For some reason we couldn’t turn off the lights without turning off the master switch, so devices couldn’t charge overnight. The manager came and couldn’t figure it out either.

- NO air conditioning, staff doesn’t see why guests need 2 fans in every rooms when 25 degrees +- average breakfast spread - no replenishment of bath consumables- maintenance work on doors ensure passage doors were closed (3rd floor, Friday morning)

When we finally got a room, it was pleasant and large.Good breakfast.

When we arrived, room not yet available and staff did little to accommodate us.We were initially offered a very dark and dreary room on the ground floor. Then we were offered a room on a higher floor - but the elevator was broken so we would have had to climb a steep flight of stairs (both of us in our 80s, so that was difficult). We finally got a room that only required one flight of stairs while waiting for elevator repair. Some staff were helpful, but others seemed to prefer playing cards.The neighborhood is not especially appealing.

Nice spacious bathroom. Great savoury breakfast. Strategic location close to the central station.

Swear breakfast options could be improved.
