Oslo is a nice place, apartment is good location and good. The owners of apartment are a nightmare

On the 3rd day the lift was out of order. (We were on the 14th floor, not made clear at booking in or online ) We alerted the staff by message at 11 am and at 6 pm we had heard nothing back. I messaged them again and rang. They said that this call at 7 pm was the first they heard of it. They had not contacted or been contacted by the Property Management firm.I advised we were leaving for the airport in morning with 3 big suitcases They offered no solution and felt it was not on them to resolve. Got a call back to say we could go up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage across the roof and get the lift in the adjoining block. We asked as a matter of recognition of the issue that they post back earbuds left in apartment. They agreed initially, 5 days later i contacted them to be advised that we needed to pay 270 Krone for them to post back the earbuds. We had no other option but to pay this.

Nice apartment and great location! Lots of food/attractions were within walking distance.

It was a little difficult navigating the parking lot and finding the parking stall at first, but it worked out in the end. All in all, great location, and I am happy it was convenient to park the car and go straight up to the apartment.

there are many small improvements that would make the living there excelent. Call one-hour husband to fix the loose furniture, light switches... it really doesnt need much. Those are details, but annoying ones. Kitchen could be equipped with basic cooking ingrediences like salt, pepper, oil.

It was expensive, cleaning once a week.Only one groceries sgop and it's expensive.

The place is very clean, with a fully equipped and brand-new kitchen. The bedrooms are spotless with complete bedding, and the bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room is also large with plenty of shelving. The dining area is wide and comfortable, and the living space has several sofas — perfect for relaxing. There was more than enough room for the five of us; I believe even a group of nine would be comfortable here. The host provided clear check-in instructions and was extremely helpful.The highlight is that we could see the Northern Lights right from the house!.We stayed as a family and rented a car, so getting around was no problem at all. If you enjoy staying close to nature and don’t mind being a little outside the city (about 15 minutes), this is one of the best options in Kvaløya — and this is my second time staying in this area of Tromsø.Waking up to such beautiful views was amazing, and even going for a run outside came with stunning scenery (plus the aurora!). We truly had a very relaxing stay.

The bed were two small beds joined to become one but kept shifting away from each other making me so uncomfortable.

Location was superb!!!! It was close to everything, as well as, to public transportation. Great restaurants, beautiful area for a nice stroll. It is very accessible. The beds were comfortable, the place nice and warm.

Some essentials are needed, for example sugar, soap.

New app, you have all you nead. Bed was very good. Central location.

someone else had apartment key while we stayed there and walked into our apartment while we were resting.

Good location, the kitchen had all necessary tools, the beds were comfortable .

Beautiful neighbourhood, everything so modern, and such great price! Right beside the bay. Few minutes walk from the train station. Supermarkets nearby. Tram stop next to the building. Enough space for a drying rack beside the comfortable couch. Quiet enough for peaceful living. There's some sinkage in the shower in lieu of a shower dish. Stylish dark tiles and lovely mirror moodlight in the bathroom.

Curtains are not dark enough for sleep. The bedroom is small, and the "double bed" is actually just two solo beds clamped together. I had to ask for a mop and a bucket to be able to clean after myself. They tend to be hard to reach on the phone despite their opening hours. The reception for the key is halfway between the apartment and the train station, which might be an issue if someone has too many bags. The elevator doesn't work outside the reception for the bridge that is necessary to reach the apartment building, and the receptionist mistakenly told me that the ramp is far, when it was right next the to the reception, so I suffered on the stairs for no reason. I noticed the ramp when I saw bikers going down that way. Be mindful with the recycling, as it's different from other countries.

Full apartment in great location, very quiet and newer area of downtown.

The bed only had 1 pillow per person, I wish there were 2 as I prefer sleeping with 2 pillows. I know, not a huge complaint but had to say it! Lol

Great apartment in a newer it area of Oslo, but close to main area and just a few steps to a charming new neighborhood near the opera house.

Only 1 pillow each on the bed, I love having 2 pillows. Lol

Disappointing.

The property was not as advertised as on the booking website. The bedrooms shown on the booking website are not reflective of the actual room. The rooms shown on the bookings imply that there is walking space around the bed. The actual room is so small is impossible to walk around and there are to doors on either side of the bed for access. I suspect the apartment was originally a studio flat which has a partition shoe horned in at the last minute to create the perception of separate rooms. Secondly the room finishes in the bookings images are what you would expect in a show room, however there are no such finishes in the actual room. The couch on the images implied a spacious couch, however couch was half the size in reality.

The Apartments had issues. There was no light in both bedrooms. The kitchen hood was not working , we faced lot of issues while cooking. Had to report these issues several times, and the response time was slow . Staff was not competent. They sent 4 guys before the light issue was resolved after 3 days.. Whereas the problem was only about broken breaker. The kitchen hood was not fixed throughout the stay. Also, one guy told that it was not functional for over a month , they knew about the issue, and yet they chose to rent it without fixing it. The option was provided to shift the apartment after 9 days, which we declined as it wasn't possible for us to shift as we had other engagement and time to shift was too short.I have stayed 2 times before as well, this time I am extremely disappointed with their service. I will not book these apartments.

3 bedroom spacious with balcony ,new modern building with good view of nature and street both.good facilities,great location,reception,luggage storage.very warm water all the time and heatings inside each bedroon and totall appartment.

Location was perfect and the apartment very cozzy and and clean.

The key procedure and the storage box assistant during the call begun to complain about your office that you didnt sent the lists of orders correctly etc. The office was a littlebit hidden and prefferably a picture of the location to retrieve the key would be more appropriate. Rather than that i believe the retrival of the key can be very well placed on same location as the apartment would be just great

Modern, spacious great location and a washer and dryer

No paper towels! One roll of toilet paper for 2 people. Ventilation system was not unbeatable.

We arrived late at night with 3 kids including a baby, only to discover that the keys were collected from one location but the apartment was another 15 minutes away. At 1am the key and code didn’t work. Even their own staff couldn’t get us in after 45 minutes and suggested booking another hotel. Only by sheer luck did a neighbor help us enter at 2am.The next day management refused responsibility. Despite their own staff documenting the failure, they accused us of entering the code wrong and said they would only consider a refund if we could recreate the problem on video. Astonishingly, they dismissed both our complaint and their own employee’s report.The apartment itself was poorly prepared: clean dishes left piled in the dishwasher instead of put away, no sheets or pillow covers for the sofa bed, a stained duvet, poor blackout curtains, and unbearably hot at night. When I called to ask for a second fan, they refused and falsely claimed fans were “sold out across Oslo,” even though I found them in shops the same day.Their solution? Offer me a 10% discount if I booked with them again — more of an insult than a redemption.For 350 CHF per night this service was shocking. Strongly advise others to avoid.

The location is perfect, you can visit the whole city by walk from here. The view is also superb.

However the facilities and the practicality of the appartment is just OK.
