Reception personnel very friendly
Everything was really well put together in terms of the room and the hallways. Decorations were well done and the lobby was nice and everything was laid out well.
I liked the location. It isn't far from Rotterdam Central Station. I did not like many things. My room 719 heating system was very bad. I was told the following day to move to room 617 thanks to my complaint. Mr Herbert did help a lot to find a solution

Rooms and toilets very old, too noisy at night. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
My bed was too firm. It was extremely firm and I would have been unable to sleep if it hadn't been for the extra pillows and comforter I asked for. I made a softer bed out of those extra pillows and extra comforter.
I didn't like the behaviour of some female receptionists towards some hotel's clients like me. I paid in full my 6 nights stay before come. They let me wait more than an hour during the Check-in. The reason given to me it was my room wasn't ready yet.

Rooms were nice and clean but a bit out of date but that was the charm for the price.

No USB charging ports in room or lobby so had to buy 35 euro converter.
