- The Staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so helpful respectful and friendly. They went out of their way to ask how they could help. Wonderful smiles. Best hotel staff experience I have had in Europe.
Cons -
- The rooms are modest but very clean. Not a view room except the view of the staff smiles which I will remember best about Trieste.
