- Very good check-in, helpful front desk clerk
- The staffs are nice and friendly. The room size we had was great and clean. The location is great. The train station is just one short block away. Dining choices and shops are just walking distance. We did not try the breakfast to give any comments.
- Simple, no frills. I liked having a code instead of a key. We loved being able to stream movies from our phones onto the TV!
Cons -
- A/C was inoperative. Fortunately our room was on a quiet side street.
- The shower size is a bit small.
- There was no light in the foyer. The water was waaaaay too hot and you could burn yourself easily. The shower head was too low (and the high setting wouldn¿t hold the head properly). The safe did not work. There was a big step to go into the bathroom.
