Everything was excellent. The location, staff and the rooms. It is right on the Harbour and just amazing.

I wouldn't say didn't like but I believe they can improve the quality of the food at the restaurant. For evening meal I expected something more exceptional but sadly it was average.

We had a very pleasant stay at Smart Hotel Napoli. The location is excellent and very convenient, the room was modern, comfortable, and very clean. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there.Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the food itself was tasty. The only issue we noticed was on the last day, when some of the dishes at breakfast were not clean.

I had a very bad experience at the hotel. They didn’t provide a blanket in the room. When I asked about it, a staff member explained that blankets are only available upon request due to the season. Additionally, the bedsheet had a large brownish-red stain, which made it seem like it hadn’t been changed.

The only thing I didn't like was the view from the room, which overlooked the parking lot. We kept the curtains closed the entire time we stayed, because when people passed by the windows, they would definitely glance into the room, which was unpleasant.

Location. We were going on a cruise and this place was perfect.

I wasn't able to adjust the temperature in the room. Had to open the windows to cool the room down. Someone didn't put the shower together properly and water was squirting out at one of the joints. I had to take it apart and put it back properly. The rubber washer was at the wrong place.

Rooms were clean and facilities inside room were good.

Breakfast could have been better with more varieties for the money.

Our stay at Smart Napoli was truly incredible—a flawless, luxurious experience that served as the perfect ending to our time in Italy. We booked this for our final night and couldn't have made a better choice.From the moment we arrived, the convenience was unbeatable: the bus transportation runs directly from the train station to the hotel and, crucially, directly from the hotel to the airport. This made our departure morning stress-free and seamless.The room itself was a haven of relaxation and thoughtful luxury. We were blown away by the private, in-room amenities. The literal sauna and the jacuzzi/hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation after 14 days in italy. The scented rain shower was a beautiful touch, and having fresh robes, towels, and slippers provided added to the pampering experience. The ability to customize the atmosphere with mood lighting was the cherry on top. Little details, like the complimentary, generous supply of free snacks in our room, truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of.The entire stay was five-star quality. We would stay here over and over again and highly recommend Smart Napoli to anyone looking for a truly relaxing, convenient, and luxurious home base in the area.

The breakfast was just okay, but didn't need anything too crazy for our morning before we left. Would still stay over again. :)

It was clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. Nice breakfast included and coffee in the room. Beds were very comfortable. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again!

There were mosquitoes in the room despite of us mentioning that to staff, problem was still there .My son got so many mosquito bites.

Staff was very rude to us .We were eating in the common area and receptionist came and made us move from there Saying that if the food will fall, there will be bugs which I understand but later on room next to us had room Service tray outside their room for more than 24 hours with food leftover in it if that is the rule that there should be no food on the floor then why that service tray was there for more than 24 hours I took a picture

I had a pleasant stay at Smart Hotel in Naples. The location is excellent—very convenient and easily accessible by bus from the airport, and just a short distance from the city center. The area feels safe and well-connected, making it a great base for exploring Naples. Overall, a good choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was not particularly helpful or inviting. The cleaning staff were very good! The breakfast was just ok, coffee was just ok, nothing special.

Very convenient after getting off a cruise .The front desk personnel were wonderful and very helpful.

Both electrical outlets on the sides of our bed would not work, they sent someone up to fix it that didn’t fix it and that particular worker could have cared less. Also I wanted to fill my water bottle with there water in the dining room in the morning and one particular worker would not let me, I found a few of the workers to be rude or obviously not like Americans.

Very nice property. Right next to our cruise ship. On site Restaurant and bar. We loved Tina La Sorella in the bar!

I stayed here for a night because I was planning to take the ferry the next day to the Almafi, i’m so glad I booked this place because it was right next to the port where all the ferries are. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They had breakfast for the guest. Also, I felt very safe on that side of Napoli where the port is vs when I stayed by a different area.It is a little bit tricky out when you get there because you have to go through a gate and you need to let the security guards know that you’re staying at Smart hotel because there are cruise ships that take off from that area. Once you show the guard, your reservations you get through and everything runs smoothly.

I love the property, but as I mentioned above, it can be a little bit tricky because you have to walk through a gate and let a security guard know that you are staying at the property and you are not boarding a cruise ship lol really I have no complaints I just wanted to explain more for people who get lost easily.
