Pillows were uncomfortable Shower was broken and therefore almost unusable Complimentary coffee was not refilled 2 out of 5 days Because of the tiles the room felt a bit too sterile The minibar fridge was loud

Reasonable good apartment, clean, relative large and good bathroom

The heater broke at 1830 the first night on a cold November day. They provided a new heater but smaller at 1015 and the apartment was not warm until about 0400 am. Only a bedspread and sheet were provided the first night. Finally they brought a comforter for the second night. Also, they did a bait and switch for apartment locations the first day of rental- not the location I was expecting in a less desirable location.

- location directly in a harbor- friendly staff. - we could check in at 1000- our room had 2x bedrooms, very good tv projector, jacuzzi, soft drinks in the fringe, sauna (didnt work), pool table and a kind of gym corner... really a lot for this money!

- I dont want to know what kind of parties this apartment has seen.., but it was still clean enough even for the family visit! - a bit worn out bathrooms and a bit of smell there- electrical switch dropped when I tried to make sauna

The location was perfect for us because we arrived from the Amalfi Coast via the ferry. The port is within site and walking distance to the hotel.

We were contacted with the exact location of the door through which we could gain access to the accommodations check in desk. However, once there, it was not clear how to contact the desk and let them know that we were waiting outside on the street. We were lucky that another couple who were staying there happened by, let us in and told us where the check in desk was located.

Close, really close to the train station! The room was fairly clean

There seem to be mold in the shower. Also the elevator requires $ for use. Room did not look like the picture

My flight was canceled and I needed a place to stay last minute. The staff is so nice and helpful! It was a great place for me to get a good night's sleep before a long day of travel.

Very close to the Beverello port, and close to metro with easy access to train stain from metro. Well furnished room. Lovely bath room with a jacuzzi tub. All the comforts, very clean! Staff were helpful!

It is accessible in a building that doesn't look at all like a hotel, so a little odd to enter from a plain door and go up a flight of stairs to find reception. Elevator requires coins to operate.

Great location. Close to city centre and metro station. Tourist spots in walking distance. Central train station and airport are not too far. Smart TV is provided. Electrical blinds outside windows. Spacious.

Cannot use bathtub. Cleanliness could be improved. Quilt is not warm enough and had to turn on heater. Need 10p to use lift. Even they will give you the coins but for the first time you have to carry your luggage to 1st floor where the reception is. Pillow is too flat.

The bed was not very comfortable.

It was close to port and shuttle bus from airport stops across the road of the apartment. Back to airport, the shuttle bus is across the road. The apartment is spacious and has a nice big window with the view of the port.

Only that no TV stations in English language on TV.

A never to be forgotten stay in one of my favourite places , Napoli. The accommodation has to be seen, pinball, billiards, jacuzzi

It was beautiful and comfortable I basically screamed when i saw the room and jacuzzi i loved it!

Only annoying thing is the tv was really slow and didn’t work that well

The room was spacious and bright. They give you plenty of towels. The location is great. Right near the port. There’s transit there as well. The staff is nice. When I checked in, I asked a few questions at the front desk. Reception answered all my questions and even looked things up online for me. Very helpful!

The pipe in the sink leaked and the water took a bit long to get warm for a shower. Other than that it’s fine.

Nothing like the photos. I sent a message so far no reply. One of the rooms wasn’t in the same building it was down an alley and the building was so run down. Make sure you have 10c euro rooms on 6th level. They will give you but you must ask.

The bathroom shower was so mouldy the spa all around was broken no hot water. Had to start hot water ourselves with wires hanging out. In the other room the really good blue n white room the spa kept zapping us.
