Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

There was a strong smells of sewage in the room late night that woke up us both.

We checked in late at 01:00 after our flight was cancelled. The hotel was really comfortable, clean and modern, nicely decorated. The staff was super welcoming and friendly and allowed us a late check out, luggage storage and to stay in the lobby until the time of our new flight.

The location allowed us to walk to all the places we wanted to go in our limited time in Napoli.

The scale in the room did not work. The pillows were not firm enough.

Everything was fine

Close to Duomo train station which is one stop from Piazza Garibaldi main train station line...and on the 1 line which gets to you most sites. Cute boutique hotel. Room size was ok, good functioning AC, and nice breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of hot and cold foods and coffee prepared to order. The breakfast room was cheery, although the TV running was distracting. I don't prefer TVs while eating. The front desk staff was very helpful in calling taxis and answering questions.

Pink is the accent color everywhere, which is a bit of a shock at first, but we grew accustomed to it. As with many smaller hotels, the entrance is a non-descript door with a buzzer, and the reception is up a flight of stairs.

We were suspicious because the hotel was actually an apartment converted on the first floor. The hotel's location is excellent, close to everything. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that breakfast starts at 7:30, which might be a bit late. Everything else was great.

No facilities for making hot drinks in the room. Every hotel I’ve been in has a kettle or coffee maker. The location was noisy & dirty with graffiti & rubbish on the pavement.

Nothing everything was great

The location was great and having 3 balconies to watch the fireworks was great. I live the punk decor! Cute hotel and quiet. We also loved the over sized jacuzzi tub!!

The hotel is located on the first and second floors of a residential building. We had a room with two lovely little balconies. The hotel is very close to the city center, just two metro stations from the train station (about 20 minutes). It's a good spot, but it's better to plan visits to attractions ahead of time, as strolling through crowded, not-so-clean streets isn't the most pleasant. The breakfast was included in the price—although not very varied, it was decent. The staff was very friendly. On the day of check-out, we left early, before the scheduled breakfast time, and asked for a light snack. They kindly served us excellent coffee and some pastries.

Nothing much to say except that the soundproofing was mediocre and the bathroom a bit cramped.

Room was very spacious and the bed was wide. Everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early and were prepared to wait until check in time, but was immediately shown to the room.Transport to and from the central train station was short and easy. And walking to the historic city centre was short, but still so far away that you don’t get bothered too much with the big amount of tourists.Breakfast was included and the staff prepared coffee of your choice fresh!

Beautiful room in a bustling area. We stayed to be close to the port (coming from Capri) and the airport. Very nice room, would stay there again. The photos are from the hotel room window/balcony.

This isn't a dislike, but the decor is quite quirky and may not be to everyone's taste. We liked it though!
