The room was enormous and filled with light from windows that opened unto a small balcony. The location was exceptional - close enough to walk to the Duomo in the Centro Storico but also steps away from some of the best Neapolitan style pizza in the Spanish Quarter. What we especially enjoyed was how friendly and helpful Esther at the front desk was for our entire stay.

Front desk staff was great. Especially the women. I’m guessing at the name but Alma was so professional and kind.

We had a fantastic experience. Very friendly welcome and an upgrade to a suite with a beautiful terrace with views over Naples. Hotel is very conveniently located in centre and is in an historical building.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a walkable area.

    10SheldonPosted on: 1-19-2026

It was clean, comfortable and unique. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms had high ceilings and modern amenities.

Excellent location, historic, great breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent pre arrival communication

Location is unbearable - very close to Toledo station and 5-7 minutes walk to great local restaurants and shopping

There is no bar. Excellent breakfast room and breakfast

Only Location. Which you can get from a decent hotel too.

It's not even close to a 2-star hotel. Rooms are small and a steep stairs to go to your bed area. I paid for an upgraded room, and the owner also allegedly upgraded me as a favor. So I can imagine what would be without that upgrade. Coffee machine doesn't work, so you ask them to use a microwave for your coffee . The only good about was breakfast area and location of the hotel. Rooms are very outdated and use very lower standards of cabinetry. There is no place to place your suitcases. Stay away from this B&B kind of hotel.

This is my third time staying here, and my choice for Naples- Great location, beautiful rooms, tasty food. But mostly top service, Ester runs this boutique hotel as if it was her own, tending to every need.

This is an historic place to stay. Built out in 2018 in what was a large former residence. Room was large and very comfortable. Great staff. Bathroom was nice. It was the nicest place we stayed in our 3-week trip to Italy. Very close to lots of attractions that were within walking distance. Breakfasts were great. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from

When I booked, I chose a nice room, but upon check-in, I was told they'd “upgraded” me and moved me to a different building. It was a new room, not like the one they showed on the website. The upgrade included a jacuzzi, which I didn't plan to use, and it sometimes smelled unpleasant. So, it wasn't exactly an upgrade :), but overall, it was ok.

The staff Ester, Anna , Mauritzio and Alessandro were Absolutely Fantastic! They went Above and Beyond to make our stay Fabulous. We already booked our next trip.

    No complaints at all.

Stayed for one night and will definitely return! Convenient location in the city center so you’re not too far from the train stations or shops. Loved that we were given a tour of the breakfast area with the location’s history and we received a complimentary glass of wine and bowl of fruit and nuts to our room once we were checked in. The room and bathroom were more spacious than expected and the bed was the most comfortable throughout our entire trip. Also, appreciated the included toiletries and slippers.

    8JeanninePosted on: 10-13-2025

The historic building is unique and beautiful once you are inside. The included breakfast was bountiful and varied - champagne was even standard with lots of gorgeous pastries and protein.

It’s a little hard to find at night because there isn’t an obvious lighted sign.

    9YouriePosted on: 10-9-2025

Historical, and the breakfast room had a beautiful fresco ceiling. The rooms are renovated and clean. Also, felt very safe given the extra access code to enter the hallway that goes to your bedroom, which itself has a lock. Staff were well organized.

This is minor, but the light on the terrace didn’t turn on. The staff, however, made every effort to try to fix it, so I appreciated at least the attentiveness and concern.
