The breakfast spread was good

Yes, the hotel room was uncomfortable, with very thin pillows and the "double" bed was two single beds pushed together. The hotel staff said we had to pay a local tax in cash (which no one mentioned when we checked in). They wouldn't break a larger bill.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent.

The hotel is in the 3-rd floor of an administrative building, which is old and non-heated. The rooms lacked professional solutions specific to a modern hotel.

Perfect location, near Piazza del plebiscito, Toledo and Municipio subway station ( that bring you directly to central station), Funicolare stop to get to Vomero neighborhood and Alibus to the airport. The area is also very safe, shopping area during the day, besides being full of tourists, and quiet during the night, unless it is weekend of course. There are many places to grab something to eat/drink too, even a couple of supermarkets if needed, for example Conad supermarket can prepare you a sandwhich with their amazing cheeses and ham if you get tired of fried food. The room was clean, and even if we went in mid November, the room was very warm. The stuff has been amazingly friendly and kind, great to give you advice about your trip. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I will surely go back.

I do not find anything to complain. As a point of improvement, maybe I would pay more attention to cleaning of the floors, but that's all.

The property is strategically located- near eateries , churches and stores.

The air conditioning unit wasn’t wiring well- although the staff was always very accommodating and trying to assist in any way they can. Josephine was very accommodating .

The location was near the cruise ship and ferry terminals and close enough to the main tourist areas as well. Good location to take a few day trips by ferry and tour Naples before embarking on our cruise

The room and bedding were basic but fine for a one or two night stay. Breakfast was a little limited. The elevators were small for travelling with luggage.

A little no frills

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, the room was perfect. Even the breakfast was "spot on" perfect.The staff went out of their way to make taxi and follow-on reservations. Who could ask for more?Thank you so much.Marc & Charlene

The accommodations were perfect. The place was clean & well maintained with friendly staff.

It was very confusing trying to find the place. There are no signs to inform you of the correct place.

Breakfast was very good with adequate choice.Staff very friendly and prompt with coffee service.Location was great and near the port with many interesting areas and attractions within 1 km with easy walking.Also , when we had a problem with some floor tile in our room, it was attended to very quickly by Antonio at the desk who arranged another room.He was overall excellent at his job and extremely friendly with very good English skills.

It was hard to see from the outside as the hotel is on the third floor and the sign outside was smal

Friendly staff and good location. My room was exceptional and the balcony windows were a nice feature I'm glad I splurged on.

Centrally located clean close to port Plebiscito square and quartieri spagnoli. Eonderful experience

location to port, 10 min walk, checkin was very easy due 24hr reception

Location was amazing for what we needed! It was an easy walk to the port and other attractions. The room was nice, and the breakfast had a good spread.

It can be hard to find the property from the outside. There is only the small little sign at the door entrance where you ring to be let in. Once we knew where to go, it was fine. But finding it the first time was confusing.

Beautiful rooms with tiled floors!

Unfortunately my bed was pretty hard, thankfully I was exhausted so I was able to sleep easily.

Rooms are beautiful. Looks like a brand new hotel. Breakfast was lovely as well. Very near to the port and easy to access everything.

Only stayed for one night, about a 10-minute walk from the main square. The room was lovely. Only minor complaint was there wasnt enough sockets for plugs. There was only one that we could find in our room. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Nothing was too much problem. Lovely breakfast.

Could do with additional plug sockets in bedroom.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean

No iron at all, breakfast was very minimal and took them very long time to add food when it’s gone
