Hard to find, receptionist isn't available 24 hrs

The location is wonderful. Center of Napoli, close to Toledo station. Very clean, nice staff. The breakfast room is beautiful.

A little bit noisy on weekend. Also, for the breakfast, you are passing in front of some rooms. That is also noisy.

Amazing breakfast! Did not expect this for a "city hotel"! Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating!

Loved the property. Close to the subway. Nice neighborhood. Great breakfast in a beautiful room.

The front door is a little sketchy. With graffiti. So you don’t think you are in the right place.

Better directions for getting into hotel. They have a metal entry door to close offf the courtyard Looking at it we thought the building was abandoned. There is an intercom to be buzzed into the hotel. Took some time to figure it out

Very central, excellent location to all the action in Toledo area. The breakfast was excellent the staff especially Francesca at the front desk and also the girls working in the breakfast area were excellent. The rooms very comfortable and clean. House keeping was very good.

Hard to find not enough signs at the entrance. The entrance is a big green door but this is typical of Naples. We just learned this the hard way.

Wifi was horrible and just didn’t work.

Rude front desk staff (one rude one, one nice one), flashing sign outside room lit up room all night & shutters didn’t close.

Location was central and close to major shops and facilities. The included breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful old ballroom. We were in a large family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 kids.Staff were excellent and very friendly

Wifi was terrible in our room.Initially difficult to find, but their directions were excellent.Could be a bit noisy for some as Via Toledo as a noisy place until quite late (although that could be a plus for some)

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. She told us places to eat that were open on Monday (many were closed on that day), and she made sure we had a taxi ready for us to depart the next day very early. The rooms were very nice and the location was perfect. The breakfast was really nice and surprisingly in a very grand dining room. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Difficult to find on the first try

Location, location, location. This is really a perfect location. It is central to everything, it is quiet in the night and very alive during the day. It is close to very good restaurants, close to taxi's, close to the harbour. The rooms are comfortable, the shower and the beds are great. Best I have had in a long while in hotels, the breakfast was very nice and tasty the staff was willing to help you if you wanted something else or special. and the Wifi is really good and realable. What more do you want? I really think that there is no better place to stay in Napels. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I didn't really liked the stairs, but that was because it was a really old stair from stone and it was not very straight anymore. But thats what you get in an old and historical building. Fortunately there is a elevator so you have a choice. So not really a problem, but since I had to find something to write about what I disliked then maybe this is it.

Great location in the middle of Via Toledo with easy access to transportation, restaurant, bars, sightseeing and much more.The Hotel is not your typical cookie cutter hotel, has a lot of character, definitely a southern Italian experience as the Hotel is inside this older buiding. The staff that we dealt with Francesca at the front desk was super! Kind, patient, extremely helpful and always with a smile.The only thing was the fridge, wasn’t really cool, we only stayed one night so we didn’t complaint about it. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room! High ceilings made it feel large and comfortable. Great bathroom- lots of counter space (which I rarely found anywhere in Italy!). Yummy breakfast and good location- right across from the vibrant streets of Naples. That said, very loud outside the window until past 4am! Naples doesn’t seem to sleep…

A few things were excellent. Outstandingly friendly and helpful staff. On arrival front desk staff will give you a map of the city and an explanation of where the interesting areas are. They will also give detailed public transport explanations, which signs to follow to find trains. The breakfast room was something out of a classic period movie and the hotel corridors and rooms were beautifully decorated. Hotel is in the perfect location to explore Napels.

Daria was the best! She helped us with our check in and provided us with a map of Napoli full of insights, to-do things, and great recommendations to have a great time in Napoli, we really appreciate the help. The hotel is nice, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommended

The staff were pleasant. The room was clean.

The location was in the middle of the busiest street in Napoli. The sound and noises coming from that street all night long were some of the worst sounds. It was like trying to sleep in the middle of a soccer match.

Very very noisy! The windows are just above a very busy street.

Great central location , close to shops and many excellent restaurants and very good breakfast . Beautiful interiors - old classical neapolitan stately home.

The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find ! We arrived late in the evening and the hotel is located in a courtyard behind very impressive tall gates ( through which there is a small access door ). When the gates are closed it is difficult to see where the hotel is - it could be the entrance to a warehouse - although we subsequently noticed a small plaque on the wall with the name of the hotel on it . We were lucky to meet a couple coming out through the access door who enlightened us !We were not alone and met others who had the same problem.

Brilliant location. Very nice receptionist.

My bed in the second room I stayed in was hard. I prefer a soft bed. Just my preference.
