The location.

Didn't let us know that we had to have swim caps to use the pool until we arrived, which of course was too late. In general it was noisy, sterile and not particularly welcoming. Also no coffee pot in the room.

The room was spacious, the location was fantastic, We had an early flight so they prepared breakfast before the usual time, just for us.

Airco was not up to the task. The kitchen was hardly equipped

There was a large terrace. Large and spacious room. Good location.

The room we stayed in was quite dirty but it was quite spacious. There was a large terrace which was also quite dirty. The air conditioning system in the room was not working. They had left a fan but it did not make our stay pleasant. Overall I would not return to this hotel again.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed and excellent swimming pool. A swimmers dream.

I wish the pool was open all day. It was available m-f from 7-13 and 20:30-21:30. It could have been open later for hotel guests especially since we are adult professional swimmers.

I liked the area around the hotel. There is lots of activity right outside. The neighborhood restaurants are pretty decent. Theres tons of local storefronts for walking and shopping. And the streets right outside the hotel have many local artisans selling their jewelry and paintings. It's a lively area that we felt quite safe in. There's several mind blowing churches in the area as well. The staff was very helpful, very. The gym is amazing

The room is pretty bare bones. Not at all fancy but it suited our needs. My main complaint is about the pool. It's only a lap pool. Not for recreational swimming. And you must wear a swim cap to enter the pool. It's a huge pool but again only for excercise

Location was perfect. Had less than 24 hours to explore Naples and this was the perfect location. Right next to Spagganopoli st with all the cool shops and vendors that Naples is known for and walking distance fromEverything you want to see in the historic district. Had some incredible pizza in the area and went for a swim in the pool!

Breakfast was very basic , you need to walk a lot to reach hotel as Taxi drop at square 200m away.For us our booking was not recognised by hotel and we need to rebook at last moment.Rude lady at reception

The staff were very helpful, and the location is excellent. The breakfast options were quite good as well, though they mainly consisted of pastries, with only a few non-sweet choices available.

Cleanliness in the bathroom was average at best. It also had an unpleasant, musty smell, and keeping the bathroom fan on didn’t help much.

The room size was amazing; the terrace was a bonus! Nice breakfast, friendly staff

nice breakfast, friendly staff, a huge room, a clean, nice location in the city's center. We stayed in two different types of rooms, the second one with a beautiful terrace, unfortunately, was chilly at night, then we could not enjoy as much as we would like to

Amazing location, great gym and swim facilities.

Classes in the gym or pool had VERY loud music which was very audible from our room - an unwanted alarm call at 8am, and preventing an afternoon nap! The room was very small, but that is to be expected for the location and price.

The room was very damp and we didn’t get the impression that the pool was for hotel patrons. Overall, this property feels like a gym with some rooms to rent. Our room was very loud and only had a very thin door. The staff was exceptional and offered some solutions but we ended up leaving earlier than expected anyway.

Big room and patio. Quiet room, and a good lift, code needed to get to the floor. Little shop on corner sold everything.

Internet was off every afternoon and had to keep asking them to reset it.Had to ask every day for the cleaner to leave sugar, when we arrived, no tea, only 2 green t bags, no sugar or coffee.Hard to get a decent meal if you don't like pasta or pizza.

The staff members were simply fantastic- 10 out of 10, very helpful and professional. Everything we needed was provided, we booked a larger room with a terrace and we were really suprised by the size of the terrace. Location is ideal for exploring Napoli.

Central location

Challenging parking, but the plus is that parking is available at facility.

The hotel is located in the historic old town and is an ideal base to explore from. The large double room and terrace was exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well presented.

Limited choices for breakfast which mainly comprised of pastries, cakes, a small selection of fruits and yogurts, and coffee.The WiFi in the room was not the best with intermittent connectivity issues and slow speeds.
