The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was convenient.

The Galleria in Naples was under construction and housed homeless people at night. You drag your suitcase through part of the shopping area before finding the lift to take you to the the 4th floor. It felt rather unsafe at night and loud at night

Loved the old world decor & furnishings.Excellent location within the Galleria, close to historical cafes and restaurants. It’s in the nicest part of Naples.The esplanade, the port and high end shopping close by.

Breakfast was okay

Staff are disrespectful and don’t know what they are doing. They are not even capable of decent invoicing… During my first might there was a plumbing problem and all the bathroom floor was covered with water. Even though they have rooms they didn’t move me because other room options means that they have to upgrade me… specially women in the staff are aggressive and disrespectful, they are not even waiting for you to finish your sentence and raise their voice.

Beautiful hotel in the magnificent Galleria. Close to everything. Taxi’s out the door to train station or distant sights. Breakfast was good with made to order coffee and incredible pastries.

Property was difficult to locate. Nothing was good. Tiny room. Reception is not 24 hours as mentioned on their site. Breakfast is included in the price but if you have an early morning flight, you get no breakfast because there was no one in the reception area.

Absolutely great location and property.

Stairs were hard on my mother who is 80 yrs old but it was great exercise for the rest of us. There is an elevator too .

It was located right in the center of everything which was nice, it’s gated so you feel safe, the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were polite/ helpful.

The bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner.

The hotel was in a stunning beautiful gallery with glass dome and several glass covered entrances, with shops and cafes at ground level to different streets. Location was perfect for visiting the Via Toledo, the Spanish area, the Piazza Plebiscito in front of the Royal Palace and the pantheon-like S. Francesco di Paula church. Walking to the historic centre and the seafront was no problem. Nearby is the Piazza Municipio with the underground and also a subway to the port where you can catch the airport shuttle. Archeological remains were unearthed when making the subway so these have been turned into a feature along the way. The hotel breakfasts were a bit disappointing, especially the attempt at cooked bacon and eggs. Tinned pineapple was offered every morning and the juice bore no relation to fresh fruit. But staff were friendly and you could get enough to eat. Our room on the third floor was directly opposite the Teatro di San Carlo and was surprisingly quiet at night.

The hotel is very well located, right across from the Opera House and in close proximity to the main pedestrian area. The rooms are very beautifully decorated! The staff is very attentive and hospitable. We received an upgrade to our room because we were celebrating Valentine’s Day. If I return to Naples, I will make the same choice!”

I loved everything! Fantastic location, in the heart of Naples historic center, friendly and helpful staff always with a smile, cozy rooms overlooking the Galeria, lovely breakfast. I will definitely go back.

Gorgeous treat to stay in the Galleria. My room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was accommodating. Gianmarco offered recommendations, excursions and brought me a bottle of Spumante up to my room on my birthday which was unexpected and generous.

Perfect location, very welcoming staff, nice rooms.
