    Pros +

    • It was not in the chaotic center of town.
    • The staff made our stay unforgettable. They are kind, helpful and go extra miles to please our every needs. We ate 2 times in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent too.
    • The staff were very courteous and made an effort to make sure we were happy

    Cons -

    • Getting to the sites like Pompeii and Herculaneum were fine if you have a car. But getting into town involved expensive cab rides. No restaurants in walking distance. Our room was cruddy and unrepaired cracks from the daily earthquakes. Peeling paint. Substandard cleaning. A 3-star hotel at best. We were moved to a better room for our last night there. Still cruddy and smelly.Breakfast was a huge array of pastries. Nothing hot - unless the surley waiter remembered to bring to some hot bread. Hard to imagine, but the cappuccinos were bitter.
    • We chose this hotel as it had a pool which we wanted as we had spent the week hiking and we wanted a hotel to recharge before catching our plane the next morning. Angelo was helpful and ensured we could access it.
    • The pool wasn’t good and the pool area was a bit poor in general

One night stay hopefully away from awful Napoli center, nice and gentle stuff easy going place and decent breakfast

The pool wasn’t good and the pool area was a bit poor in general

    Very good

Average breakfast with cold cuts kept out of the fridge. There was no bread or milk, and the croissants were burnt. The pool closed at six or seven which for us was a downside during the summer when the day lasts longer.

Very friendly staff, great size room, beautiful pool.

Too much cakes & sweet options at breakfast. Could do with more savoury options.

Lovely, calm and clean. We had a lovely stay. Room was spacious and spotless. Lovely cappuccino in the mornings. Angelo on reception was friendly and helpful.

Quiet and relaxing spot in outskirts of Naples

Lack of storage in bedroom. Could do with at least a chest of drawers to go with the wardrobe

The staff were very helpful and the facilities were very pleasant and tidy. They should have more "continental breakfast" options with more cheese, ham, bread or simple croissants options. Too many cake options to choose from.Breakfast and dinner service was excellent though.

Just a detail. When the room service was done daily I could observe that the water used to clean the rooms wasn't being changed from room to room. It didn't feel fresh and perfume scented after being cleaned.

We arrived at the hotel very early after disembarking a cruise ship - the reception very kindly switched our appointed room so we could have an early check in - the purpose of our 2 night stay was just to chill out after a hectic 10 day tour of Italy - however we were offered a free shuttle to the metro each day - unfortunately the pool was shut during our two day stay as it was end of season but this didn’t ruin our stay - we used the garden facilities and the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner - food was amazing and staff were very very good

We used our stay as an airport hotel stopover after a long drive back up to Naples and a morning flight next day. Hotel was perfect for us, staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, hotel was immaculately clean, room was tremendous for a family of four, lovely views and great facilities. Food was very good, breakfast is normal Italian/continental choices and no complaints with that: pastries, fruit, yoghurt, meats, cheese, coffee, water and juices. Being out of the city it was quiet and had a great sleep. Under 20 minutes drive or taxi journey to Naples airport.

It served us perfectly for what we wanted, no problems at all.

    The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was way far from a 4 star hotel. The rooms was not clean: there was a spider net at the corners, bathroom full of calc, stain on the curtains, even the Ashtray on the Balcony was not emptied as we got the room. The breakfast was very minimal with low quality. No bread, no fruit, cereals with no milk! there was multiple sorts of cake, repeating everyday, some of them were already gone bad. The Location was also far from the center. There was a shuttle to the metro station, but only twice a day at 9 and 10. The return was only once in the evening.

Rooms are comfortable, staff is very nice, food is good and the shuttle to train station help a bit.

The breakfast really sucks. The shuttle to train station is not scheduled effectively. The property is quite far from the city center and the beach. One has to use always the train and relay on the shuttle when it exists.

Very comfortable big rooms with air conditioning.Comfortable beds.

Poor breakfast (no hot meal, some dishes are out of date and with mildew).Pool was not available half of the time (in addition to that pool is closed at 18:00).Only 2-3 members of staff spoke English, that was strange for 4-star hotel.

Nice that there was a pool. The staff was really polite.

Breakfast was small and for the man serving it, everything was too much. He could not wait to go home apparently as he started to clean up the breakfast before the time was over.

    Great property.

My dolce Gabbana sunglasses got missing from the room. I spoke to the owner as well as the staff. The owner got defensive when he heard that my sunglasses got missing and told me to go away. I made sure the staff followed me to the room to check, no sunglasses was found. When i asked the housekeeper to meet me up and discuss the incident, she refused. Never been through such a bad customer service and they refused to do anything about it. Left me upset, crying in the reception
