    Pros +

    • Walking distance to hospital. Older property but very clean and very friendly staff.
    • Poor
    • Great little property with the friendliest most helpful and accommodating staff. Full of suggestions and recommendations on what to see and do in Naples. Rooms are all ground floor ours had an outdoor seating area which had a lovely view of the garden. Easy secure parking and a lovely simple but very tasty breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

    Cons -

    • We booked a triple room, yet a double room was given. It was only 2 of us so it was fine. Breakfast is quite poor. Room is very old with small shower. Bathroom mirror was broken. No extra pillows in the room. AC temperature was set to a low temperature to be comfortable, otherwise it was warm. Walls are quite thin as well and only a small door lock from the inside of the room. They speak a little English but try and be helpful as much as they can. Staff are very polite. Pictures online of the hotel are different than the room that was given.
    • Bed was hard. Pillow uncomfortable. Shower small. Paper thin walls. Other guest noisy. Distance from the airport.
    • Small room with no daylight. It was very hard to open the window and shutters.Very small old bathroom.Wi-fi almost not reachable, quite poor breakfast. This place definitely needs modernisation and renovation.

This hotel is meant to be 2 stars, but it doesnt even deserve this. The whole hotel is very old, it needs a lot of updating because i felt like in the communist times. The Staff dont speak english at the desk, and it was only one person running the place since night till morning. The rooms were very unwelcoming, bedsheets not clean properly, so not nice to sleep. The bathroom was very dirty, i had to shower with my slippers on because it was disgusting! Places like these should be shut down and for this price.... i expected a lot more

    Nothing really.

The location is very dirty. The rooms are very old, the bed and mattress and the room look dirty. You could hear other guests in the other room. The staff are very unprofessional, rude and they all speak Italian. None of them speak English. It seems the "motel" is used for short term sex escapades.

the hotel was very noisy and room serivce screaming in the morning. the sheets were dirty

noisy and dirty for the expensive price

Comfortable and convenient location. Easy access to University campus and local amenities.Definitely recommended.

    8MaurizioPosted on: 3-9-2022

As expected, the location was indeed very good. The hotel is close to the Hospital and to the School of Pharmacy, which is quite convenient. On the same line, the underground station can be reached in few minutes.

Having a balcony is quite nice. It is a 10 minute walk from the metro station. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is simple: bread and coffee/juice. The room and furniture seem a bit old, but everything is quite functional.

The lady cleaner is accomodating and nice

I booked for one adult and 1 kid and specified his age but when we arrived to the hotel, the old man from the reception insisted that he did not the see the age from our reservation which is obviously not true because you should be able to see that in booking.com, and i showed the booking from my email and from the app. But they really want more money and I was so tired and there's no option to cancel so i had to pay extra for my son plus daily tax.The bed is not comfortable and really hard its as good as sleeping on the floor, pillows are also flat.We can hear all the noise outside even the couple from the next room having a wild night. Its August and its really hot outside, so for me the hotel location is not ideal, its far from the city center so make sure to check the location before booking

from the reviews, I see that mostly Italians stay in this hotel. Personally, I was satisfied with everything. the hotel staff were open and welcoming. The outdoor terrace is a very big extra bonus. The center can be reached by metro in about 35 minutes. Since I was with my car and know what the traffic is like in the city, I chose to use the subway. at night driving back by taxi should count around 30e using uber services.

everything is okey! Yes, breakfast is not a big deal, but it should be taken into account throughout Italy. I think most of the negative comments about the hotel are wrong.

    Disappointing

Cold, badly maintained, no external window. Generally sad! I left after one night instead of staying for both!!!
