Very nice, helpful people - willing to do whatever it took to make sure my experience was excellent.

The hotel offers free wi-fi, but has only a limited number of ports available. It is nearly impossible to get online between the hours of 4 pm and 11 pm.

Location. Breakfast was good.

Toilet wasn't clean enough. I checked in on Monday they changed the towels and sheets at Friday. We booked two rooms non of them had Tea and coffee making facilities.Sound insulation was poor, I could hear people talking from other rooms, during the evening, also a could hear traffic during the day.

Loved my time here, came twice (once with a friend & once solo!). In particular, Alessio, Federica & Martina were always attentive, friendly & helpful whenever I had queries.If ever I come to Naples, I’ll always stay here.

Cannot think of anything that I disliked.

Location, familiy room, breakfast, parking was available upon request at a convenient price compared to nearby garages, but we might have been lucky as there are only a few spaces available. Parking with a large car would be difficult due to its layout.

The electric commands of the shutters take some time to figure out, someone could accompany guests to the room to explain. Only 2 of the 4 bedside sockets were working. However they fixed right away the one we asked to fix. One shower was quite small, the other one was in the bath.

The property was very clean, the beds were super comfortable- overall a pleasant stay.

Most of the staff was not very friendly, the older guy with the night shift was great and super polite though.

Make sure to get a room that is not road facing. Weekend starting Friday is mayhem till 4am with noise levels that will keep you awake and unrested. Also the AC does not work in December but our room was actually stuffy and hot. The front desk says switch off the heater and open the windows which cools the room post 2am but the room was unbearably hot and sunny for the rest of the time and we had the noise to deal with. Also we were on the 4th floor and just across the road the students of a school had a clear view into the room. And wifi problems - for the first 2 days of our stay we could not access wifi and this issue only got resolved on the 3rd day. All in all, definitely not an experience to be repeated!

Reception guy was absolutely very helpful. We loved the location too which was very tranquil and close to all bars, restaurants and cafes. Hotel is located in one of the best areas of Naples

The hotel is in a strategic position. Walking distance to the historic sites and Via Partenope. Strongly recommended.

Location good, near metro stations and 3 stops from main train station. 2 minute walk into the main streets of Chiaia. Felt safe area. I had a single room, small but all I needed for a weekend.

Good location

The hotel needs desperately a renovation! The furniture, the nance is very dated and old! Breakfast is below average, scrambled eggs were runny and uncooked everyday, there was no hot chocolate on the coffee machine even though the option was available on the screen

Good hotel in a nice area of Naples. The room was big and clean.

A bit pricey for a 4-star hotel

The location.

They say there is parking but there isn’t. Took us two hours to find a spot which was just over two miles a way! Wasted so much time and was so stressful. Room was dated and really really really noisy. Everytime the room above flushed the toilet, it sounded like it was actually in the room!

The location is awesome, right in old Napoli-numerous restaurants to choose from-Socia Pizza is phenomonal and just down the street. This our second time here. We checked in on a Wednesday for a night and then went to Capri for 2 nights by ferry, the hotel let us keep our large luggage there for ease of travel on the ferry. We checked back on Saturday for our last night. Great Horel and for sure our "go-to" when in Naples.

A coffee machine in the room!

The room was very nice, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious.The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty.Location was good for us, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see. The metro station is also not too far away to walk to.

The only small downside was that the minibar was completely stocked with items for sale, leaving little room for our own things.

Just generally this hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. Excellent breakfast with lovely staff; Nicoletta was brilliant. Scrambled egg done better than in many hotels we'd been in. Array of delicious things to eat. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was fine for us. The only problem was the electrics - at one point there was a short power cut but we also found it difficult with the complicated arrangement of blinds and lights with so many switches - and the blinds seemed to work on a delayed timer which was confusing until I sort of managed to work it out. The location is ideal - right in the heart of the busy part of the city - with masses of shops and places to eat and drink. We had a very good recommendation for an excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices just a short walk from the hotel. I would highly recommend Exe Majestic. Staff are great, hotel comfortable - what's not to like?

Just the electrics which we found confusing and complicated - but all good in the end.

The location was great. We could not find out until we got to the property that one of the 10 parking spots in their underground lot was in fact available for us. Otherwise, you would need to park in a lot offsite which fortunately we did not have to do. Staff was very nice.
