Hotel Luna Rossa

Absolutely nothing A/C broken, rundown property, marginally safe area.

This was the worst hotel experience in my life. The main door had been poorly repaired from a break in. The Air Conditioner did NOT work. We felt unsafe! We changed hotels due to unsafe and rundown conditions of the property. Never again!

Close to train station.

Old and dirty. Old guy at front desk tried to charge us extra, we walked away.

The staff tried to be helpful when the toilet didn’t work

The room was very old as well there was black mold. The halls and rooms on the second floor smelled of smoke. I had to change rooms twice first for the bathroom condition (black mold) and then the toilet.

Really accessible to Piazza Garibaldi, modern TV, refurbished items

Very close to central train station for train and Metro links.Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Room had strong smell of smoke and bathroom smelt of the drains. Kept window open when out in Naples to freshen up and then after getting back and closing couldn’t warm the room up at all as A/C was hopeless.

A good choice for the train station area. The street area iit is in a bit less trashy than Napoli Cetrale.overall. My room was mostly quiet. If offered at a competitive price, would stay again.This was a last-minute booking after one of those e check-in places messed up my reservation. There is value to having staff on site at a rental.

The good outweighed the dislikes.

Convenient and quiet central location between main train stations in Napoli. 24hr reception. Comfortable and clean beds. Good WiFi.

The bathroom needs to be fixed the shower head did not work and there is to much noise from the street as the windows do not close properly

It is a very old hotel. It needs a refurbishment, lights in the room were lamping, toilet not cleaned properly. A couple of small shampoo bags barely good for one person, imagine for two people. We had to buy our own....

Location is good

My room had bed bugs. I took video and showed it to reception and she said she will take care of it. Next day I saw 4 more bed bugs

The size of the room.

The mattress was horrible. Impossible to sleep on it. We asked to move to another room for this reason, and the receptionist suggested that he will exchange our mattress with the one of another room (in other words, to pass the problem of the old mattress on to other guests). We said no. But they changed it... for the one from our friends' room!!!! (we were 2 couples in 2 rooms). Very disgusting and unprofessional for a H***

The location and facilities were very suited to my needs.

It was noisy and the housekeepers were smoking in the corridors outside our room.

The hotel is with spacious and clean rooms. Bathroom was also big, there's no fridge. Daily cleaning. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Close to the Garibaldi station, so better to get in the hotel before sunset especially if you are group of girls.

The area around the station where the hotel is located is neither clean nor safe. It is close to the central parts of the town and it does provide excellent connectivity via trains and metro. However, you have to beware of pickpockets and drug addicts.

Big room. Location near the napoli centrale.

The wc was so dirty. No fridge in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. No security to leave the suitcases upon our leaving.

The room was always clean and tidy. The windows closed well, so we could sleep in silence. The air conditioner was really useful!

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’m used to it at home. We could’ve used a fridge for our food, because the temperature was melting hot without the air conditioner being turned on.
