    Pros +

    • That I had a place to stay.
    • I found it as a great deal - a quite low price but you got everything you needed and the location was just great. Very close to the port and to metro & bus stops. Many restaurants and cafes in the area, you could get to the city center easily by foot. I would go there again for my next visit.

    Cons -

    • I wouldn’t stay here again, mainly due to safety, cleanliness, and maintenance issues. The entire building is very dark, with most lights broken, and all the exterior and interior doors were always open, so there’s essentially no security. My entry codes didn’t work at check-in, and someone had to physically let me in. The elevator also requires €0.05 coins at certain hours with very unclear signage. Inside, the room had several issues: stains on the comforter, a towel hanger coming out of the wall, loose outlets and lights, mold in the shower corners, and poor insulation so the heater (placed directly in front of the bed) couldn’t keep the room warm. The AC unit stayed on heat mode but blew cold air at 23°C, and the remote didn’t seem to control it. The Wi-Fi constantly dropped while I was working, the power went out one day, and I could hear people in nearby rooms snoring. Outside, the area felt unsafe at night—large groups of drunk men were hanging around, staring and singing—so as a solo woman, I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my room. The location near the train station and the large balcony are the few positives, but overall, this stay was far below expectations.
    • To use the elevator in the building, you apparantly need to insert 5cent coins. The coin machine was out of order during my stay so I could use the elevator for free as I wished. But it is better to have some coins prepared in case you would have to pay (and our room was on the 8th floor). This is not something the hotel made, it is just how it is in that building which shares more institutions. I visited in late November and the floor of the room and bathroom was very cold - but you can use the AC in the room as heating.
    • You had to pay to use the elevator during certain hours. It was only 5 cents euro, however, trying to get enough 5 cent coins is a challenge. This is an unnecessary burden to the guest.

Convenient location to the ferry terminal and the airport bus. Luggage storage was provided because check-in was not until 3:00 p.m. My room was on the 8th floor and reception is on the 6th floor. The 8th floor room I had was very modern, fresh and clean and had a balcony with a table and two chairs. It overlooked the inner courtyard so it was very quiet. The host sends the access codes and directions the day of your booking. It seemed like it could have been complicated, but actually it was quite easy. There is a .05 charge to use the elevator at certain times of the day, but this also was not an issue and the receptionist gave me a couple of .05 pieces so I wouldn't get stranded without change.

No soap dish in the shower to place your shampoo bottle. The shower hose was difficult to manage. There was a step down from the bathroom to the bedroom space that one had to watch out for.

It is in a central location directly in front of the ferry station and 7-10 min walking to the Spanish square. The staff are really helpful and do their best to provide you with any request.

The location is right across the street from the main cruise ship port. The staff treated us with respect, care, and lots of welcoming smiles. The room was exactly what we needed: a cool, comfortable bed and quiet place to relax after a long day of traveling. It's on the 6th floor and elevators/lifts require .05 euro to operate at certain times of the day. Come prepared for that, but don't let it deter you from the hotel. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

The only real drawback is the elevator/lift fee, but that's nitpicking because I have to write something here. I can't think of any issues that we encountered during our stay. The stairs are wide and well lit, in case you have to use them.

The location was so close to the ferry port and restuarants. Great ocean view from our large balcony.

Room was clean and spacious, the bathroom a little rundown.View directly on the ferry terminal (cruise ship and ferry closeby), high traffic street owning to the convenience of the location. It wasn’t an issue being on the 8th floor.Staff very nice and helpful, prompt check-in/out.Wifi very strong

Location a little hard to pinpoint at first as the entrance is via a side street (not the main road), but eventually convenient with the instructions provided.

Most of the issues in the previous bad reviews have been corrected. The unit was nice and clean and freshly painted. The bathroom was clean with lots of hot water. The view from the terrace was great.

The property is located on a very steep and long walk from the main road. We are senior citizens with heavy luggage and the trip down was very hard. The host provided assistance on the way out, which was very nice. There are no amenities. No way to make coffee, toast, microwave, etc. Just a bed and bathroom.

The hotel is close to the Beverello Port which makes it very convenient. The staff was friendly and they have pincodes to open all the doors.

Perfectly located on a beautiful boulevard and right next to to a metro station. Clean room and lovely staff

Like many city hotels the room and bathroom were small but it was perfect for my one night stay

Location was absolutely excellent, near everything. The room was spacious and had everything we needed -- although the lack of a mini fridge was noticeable. Overall a great choice for tourists visiting Naples.

Lack of mini-fridge, a bit noisy because the port is right across. Then again, Naples is noisy everywhere.

The location was great, the room was clean, everything was very nice, sockets and switches near the bed on both sides, the bathroom was very modern spacious and nice, the stuff was very helpful and nice, they really tried to make your stay as good as possible

I had a double twin bed that had two mattresses and during the night if you ended up in the middle you could fall between the mattresses, which was not very comfortable

The property location is nice. Close to the center and two metro stations

Rooms are not like in the pictures but much smaller. We paid for a king size but got a very small one that could not be changed (despite all our complaints) as the hotel was full. Establishment seems recently re-done but with poor materials and finishing (the handle of the bathroom was broken, no night light just a strong hospital-like central light, sheets and blankets were very old, the list is long). The hotel is on the 6th floor with a very old lift that you need to pay for during week days (first ever for me to see something like this). When we got the room it was dirty - dusty and with a spotted floor. Not good value for money

Location. We've stayed here numerous times but we were disappointed this time.

We were meant to have been upgraded to a superior room from an economy double at no extra cost as we are at genius level and it was part of the deal but we were given a small, claustrophobic room with a view of the courtyard. I told the reception we should be upgraded but apparently, there newer rooms on the 8th floor were occupied by a school trip.

Perfect view, clean, confusable, beautiful. Great location also, recommend

5 cents elevator on working days, working hours. The recepcionist very kindly gave us some coins but the first time was no fun. 8th floor with bags and couldn't find a coin in my pockets ...

New rooms, well done. Has an elevator. Staff are excellent.Alibus from airport stops very close. Pizza around the corner is the best one I had in Napoli.
