It was very clean, friendly staff, good location, small variety but good breakfast

Unfortunately, the radiator was not working and the only available option was air conditioning. Heating the room this way was uncomfortable, as the air quality was not pleasant.

The location exceeded expectations, short walking distances to the downtown area (sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, bars) as well as commuting (ferry port and airport shuttle both at a walking distance)The room was large and clean, but smelt of cigarettes (perhaps through the air condition machine). The breakfast was only 6€, and had all the essentials. Staff were kind, but did not take any extra lenghts when requested (breakfast to the room). A perfect city get away for those wanting to experience the city.

Location was very central, it was close to the Port, station and airport aswell.

Staff doesn't understand English language.

The location is fantastic to see the Centro Storico of Naples. The beds were firm thank goodness. Hotels with cheap, soft mattresses always get low marks. Also, the air conditioner in the room was spectacular - especially in a hot Italian summer. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned regularly.

The bathrooms didn't have much in terms of toiletries.

The location was superb. The room was of a recommendable size. I did not try the breakfast. No point with so many pastry outlets in the neighborhood

Very little since I knew what to expect

Stuff was really caring Good location, close to the port, 10 minutes from the tourist area. Clean. Nice room.Fair continental breakfast.Hotel is outside the ZTL. Parking was 2 minutes away

Slow communication and not fully answering my parking questions.Sruff was really caring but had basically English.Reception was not always stuffed

Great property! The emplacement is great and in a walking distance from all the main places to visit. The staff were really nice and accommodating. The hotel is very peaceful and safe.

Location close to Port and metro. Great furnishings and bed and friendliest staff. And great breakfast and 24 hr reception. Excellent. Had an outdoor terrace too which was wonderful.

No window to look out of- very high window.

The room was fine and the location central

Quite a few homeless people sleeping on the streets around this part of town. You didn't feel like being out too late at night.

Decent location and reasonably clean. Within easy walk of restaurants, taxis, 20 min walk of archaeological museum and close to Centro Storico. Stored our luggage for us as rooms weren’t ready when we arrived midday. Good breakfast with excellent bread.

AC was difficult to use and not very effective. Beds were adequate. Mattresses were hard and not terribly comfortable.

Really good location, close to the port. Takes a bit longer to walk there with cases as the streets are old so not that smooth. Room was pretty clean and very big. Nice balcony.

There was a lift to the room but there was also stairs so not that accessible and not great with cases. Bed was on the form side.

Location is nice, staff speak English and very helpful, they provided early check in and bigger room as I had a lot of luggage, breakfast was nice.

Noise isolation is weak, internet didn’t work well during several hours, I called Reception and they fixed it. I asked for an iron, they brought it but I never received an iron board so had to iron on the bed which was still ok for me. I find AC control system complicated as it turns off when you leave the room and take the key card from energy slot, this case room gets hot and when you arrive to your room you have to wait AC to run and cool down the temperature. But you can solve it asking for 2 keys. Breakfast area and the elevator is too hot. This hotel definitely deserves better rating, I am leaving this hotel with positive impressions, just above constructive feedback to be considered. Thank you for your hospitality, arrivederci !

The location of the hotel the metro and a bus stop for the city sightseeing bus was very close by. There was a vending machine in the reception area with drinks and snacks. The air con in the bedroom was brilliant and the breakfast was also very nice. I arrived early before check in time and I was given a room straight away.

The reception area is fairly basic and not always attended. The amount of towels provided was very limited.

Clean rooms, functional hotel, perfect for a short stay in Napoli.

Soundproof in rooms could be a bit better and breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional

Great location in a safe and quiet area. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Metro stop close by, walking distance to old town.

It's ok for the short visit and the location is safe and close the metro, but the room was uncomfy

The room wasn't the same as in the pictures, it was clean but there were lots of mosquitos and there was no water at all, there was water spilling from AC.
