Pros +
- Great location and very friendly staff.
- The location in Napoli was great, close and easy walk to restaurants, cafes, sights! Instructions on finding the hotel and entry were easy to understand and appreciated receiving prior to check in. The room was on the smaller side but contained all the amenities needed and was comfortable.
- The woman at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and tried to accommodate our requests on short notice. We were able to get into our rooms a little earlier than expected, which was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and reasonably quiet.
Cons -
- Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Also weird entrance.
- The bed had no cushion whatsoever, felt like I was sleeping on a box spring (minus the springs). Unfortunately, I was assigned the room right next to the the cleaning staff's room which meant I could hear constant chatter, movement, machines beginning early in the morning and throughout the day.
- I did not like the location. While it what close to tourist areas, I did not feel safe having my family in that area. The elevator is tiny, which required multiple trips which our luggage. The electricity in the room required the key to be on, so the a/c would only work while in the room.

Lot of things1. Location is bad and scary.2. The parking place is so small and streets are very very narrow. 3. The hotel should inform that parking is a paid parking.4. Parking is far from the hotel so luggage has to be carried by ourselves with very bad streets to walk by.5. The bathroom is below average6. Too noisy it’s all night flight sounds
Right in the heart of the centre, room was clean and staff were amazing, helpful and friendly
Comfortable LocationHelpful staff
No minibar or kittle
poor quality of hotel and low level of maintenance
staff, hygiene, bad
Steps away from historical centre and all the action. Friendly staff.
Old facilities, could do with some renovation. All in working order though.
Central located
The place right outside the gate, everyone knows the password
We stayed in this hotel six years ago. That was ok. Nothing exceptional but it is in the centre of Napoli, and this is what we were looking for. This year, after spending 11 fantastic days in Ischia (an island near to Naples), we spent a night in this hotel to catch our flight relatively early next morning. This night ruined the good vibe of the previous 11 days. Even without the issues we experienced this time, this place is expensive compared to what it offers. We booked approx. two months in advance and paid £80 for a room for two for a night, without BF. Probably you can get it for less, if you book closer to the time you want to stay. However, probably you could spend the same amount of money on a better accommodation in Naples.
It is not a purpose-built hotel (as many in the centre of Napoli but flats of an entire floor of a building converted into hotel rooms). It has a tiny elevator supposed to be for three people but sincerely you and one luggage that only fits so, it took a couple of rounds up to the 4th floor. Well, my husband rather went up on the stairs because the elevator is claustrophobic. Anyway, these were not our biggest problems, we knew about them from our previous visit.Years ago (as far as I remember) there was receptionist onsite all night. Not this time. He said he will be there until 8pm. It was a rainy day, so we returned to the hotel around 6pm. During the time we were in the city, a group of young French people checked in. They occupied several rooms around the floor (one unfortunately next to ours) They were shouting, running around the corridor, screaming, playing loud music ect. I went to look for the receptionist who couldn't be found anywhere. I contacted the hotel management (probably the owner) via WhatsApp. They said that the receptionist had been sent home at 4pm and they will talk to the group in the morning. I told them that it would be a bit too late if the group keeps this up all night. To what the management said that they will contact the group organiser to keep it civilised around the hotel. This back and forth happened a couple of time with not much success keeping the group quiet. In the meantime, I tried to take shower. No hot water. Not even warm, just absolutely cold water. (Even in the past you didn't get the warmest water but last time in the hot July weather it was not a big issue) I messaged again to the management/owner who said that the water tank may run out of hot water so I have to wait, and they will look at it TOMORROW. I had to take shower in cold water and needless to say that the water did not turn warm at any point until 9 am the day after, until our departure.
Smack in the middle of where you want to be in Naples, with countless bars and restaurants just outside. Very clean, and with a plethora of mains and USB outlets. Thorough instructions for the check-in.
The very cramped and slow elevator isn’t for everyone, and I drifted into taking the stairs, although it’s four stories up. The entrance also looks kind of rough, with lots of graffiti and an (extremely cheap) bar popping up in the evening - which I admittedly found rather useful. Also, the door to the room isn’t soundproof at all, so I could hear much of what was going on in the corridor and reception. Not for people who like to sleep in.
Not much, the towels were clean and water pressure was good. Also located on the city center.
Location is terrible and not mentioned in the listing. You have to enter via a fence bar on a dirty looking street. Then the decoration is the worse, on the “pompeii” look and feel rooms, bed was not confortable, air conditioning was not working properly.
Great location. Clean, comfy, quiet room
Excellent location in the historic center. Don't be deterred by the sketchy appearance of the street and entrance, it seemed very safe to me (solo young man), also at night, as it's right next to some of the main streets packed with people. I did not have any noise problems during my stay, and the room's window faced a not-so-pretty inner courtyard. The cleaning staff were friendly and cleaned the room every morning. The AC and fan worked well.
The shower was quite moldy, and its drain could have done a better job.
Clean room, wtih a renewed bathroom. I arrived late night and the team gave very clear instructions for self check in.
Despite the renewed room, it's an old building with a bar at the lower level in an university area. So college students make a lot of noise late night. If you come from the subway station, be prepared for a very steep slope.
Great value. Excellent location. Clean rooms. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the front desk staff could be a bit more friendly.
Not a bad distance from train station (but not as close- around 30 mins). Generally not bad for a short stay since have few lacks.
Room is much smaller than it appears on the photos. Water does not go away after the shower, blow drier for hair is a bit weak.
The location is fantastic. We booked more for location than comfort or size of room as we didn't plan to spend much time in the room. The wifi was good, the bed was comfortable and clean. The room is small but has all you need. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Although the location is very central, it is surprisingly quiet in the room regarding street noise. The view from our balcony was a nice surprise.
The bathroom could have been cleaned more carefully. The shower head was not good - although the water was nicely hot - the shower head pressure was bad. The aircon was decent but a bit old. The door is very thin and you can hear everything through the door.
Helpful & friendly hosts, good location and clean. Great experience overall
It’s located in the tourist area whit great vibe, close to the vintage shops and bars. The room it’s well equipped whit acc and mini fridge, the cleaning it’s well done and not much noise.
