Pros +

Private room is spacious and pleasant-looking. Comfortable enough. Near the sea.

Cons -

Rough around the edges - cracked mirror, cracked doorframe, and so on. Walls paper-thin, you'll hear everything people do in private. A long way from the places you'll want to go 15 each way in a cab.
