Ostello Bello Napoli

Staff were very friendly and accomodating!

Shared bathroom was a bit difficult to navigate but was regularly cleaned and available so overall great!

Always loved with Ostellobello Hostel ... the staff helpfull and nice, location very centre and best spot, about the facility ... only Ostellobello provide kitchen well, not only utensils but the pasta, vegetables, fruits, drink for free all daylong . The best Hostel Kitchen everrrrrr ?

Nada.

Nice terrace, nice staff, clean kitchen- 2 bathrooms

Not many dishes , cups , mugs in kitchen, only a few social activities

The staff is amazing. You feel like you’ve been brought into a family, but the family of the coolest people you’ve ever met. They have free pasta and sauce and garlic and veggies in the kitchen!!! They have sparking water dispenser and coffee available at all times! They a beautiful terrace bar and a beautiful rooftop. The location is PERFECT. Ostello Bello Napoli is like a beacon and lighthouse for good people and happy travelers, musicians, artists, free spirits with big hearts. it is a very special place.

Really no complaints. I’m partial to hostel beds that have the privacy curtains and the sleep pod style, which this Ostello Bello does not, but the other amenities far outweigh that detail for me :)

Very comfortable space and great people. Convenient location. There are two bathrooms in the rooms.

It’s too popular!

The place is always full with people, there are activities to do in the evening and is a very social place for people wanting to make friends! 10/10 highly recommend

I couldn't stay longer

The place is located in a very nice area and there are many things to do there, like a common area with a small bar. Also, everything was really clean, the dorm was so comfy! The staff always seemed very friendly, specially Francesca, she was so nice with me and my friends!!

The service is excellent! The atmosphere is unique and welcoming! You have the feeling of being at home.Overall, clean rooms and a very good location! The open kitchen is the most unique thing I ve ever seen in a hostel!

It's central located but the best part was fun. There is so many thins to do. They are all so friendly, free drinks, free food all over the place. My stay was short but I want to come back to Naples just to be in this hostel again.

Location is okay, not really in the center buy very accessible. Staffs were friendly.

Facilities were outdated but loved the smart gate/ access to the rooms. It was more of a stop, in my 3days there, almost everyday it was a different bunch of girls. Hard to find friends.

Francesco cooking class was great! The social activities are really good!

The quality of the beds and the lack of darkness in the early morning times

It had really good social spaces. And I liked the safety. The staff was kind and caring . Youthful and hipstery vibe.

The beds were creaky

The location is great and there is really nice rooftop.

I got the private room and not only the mattress was not comfortable but also the main door to the 5th floor is really noisy so whenever the guests were entering I could hear it. So not nice not to be able to sleep 2am because of this type of noise. Definitely not good.

Great Vibe & Super Welcoming! I stayed three nights at Ostell Bello Naples in the female dorms and

Great receptionists, location and activities.

Perfect location. I like the fact that there are 2 baths/toilet in the room, comfy bed and large dedicated lockers. I met several friends here as well. Staff are accommodating. Shout out to Fabrizzo!! Cheers

The vibe was good. Friendly travellers. Has bar. Everyday was a party. Checkin was smooth. 24/7 checkin available.

The crowd at the bar is out of bounds. Mainly due to outsiders. There shd be a dedicated bar only for ppl staying in hostel. Need to wait 30mins to get a drink. The bedspace bunks has no privacy screen. Toilets can be a little bit bigger.

Great location, staff are very welcoming and friendly. Francesco provided me an upgrade to lower bunk bed as it was available.

I was in Ostello Bello Roma before this, hence my expectations were set too high. The beds could be better and it would be good if we can key the key code to open door rather than solely rely on phones. If I forgot my phone to the room, would be a problem.

The staff and the social activities were fantastic. They offered a lot of free things like shavers, toothbrushes, eye masks and ear plugs.

There is no room with private bathrooms. The toilet and the bathrooms were joined together which makes privacy a bit of an issue for shy travellers. The fridges are very small and packed with things, so it is hard to find space for your food. The bed were metallic and creaky, and were uncomfortable...

The hostel is very well located close to the metro station. Friendly personnel is always ready to help and to give a piece of advice regarding the best places in the area. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with their own shower. There are some products in the common kithen that you can use for preparing a dinner, or order something at the bar.
