Hotel was very clean and modern looking. We absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries. It was a great way to start the day. A quick 5 minute walk from the metro.

Not a ton of restaurants in the immediate area but we just always ate dinner before coming back.

It was fabulous! A pleasant surprise after a disappointing hotel in Rome. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great. Staff went above and beyond- even packed us a ¿breakfast to go¿ when we had to catch an early cab to the airport.

Would have been nice to have been able to turn on the A/C in our room, as it was unseasonably warm.

The front desk staff arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The front desk staff kept telling us it was a flat fee of 19 Euros from the hotel to the airport. When we arrived at the airport, it was 30 Euros. Taxi driver had never heard of a flat fee.

How well maintained it was. Great location for us. Close to the port, train and bus stations. We could reach any area in the historic area on foot. Good fast reliable wifi Staff very knowledgeable about the area. great breakfast included

Staff is great, room was clean and modern, though small. Rooftop terrace gives fantastic view of city and seaport. Close to ferries and cruise port.

Lack of restaurants nearby and a tiny bit sketchy, even for Napes. Never felt unsafe, but didn't feel comfortable either. A bit from city center.

The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, and it would have been better if basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash were provided in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions due to its proximity to the Port. However, I was somewhat disappointed during my most recent visit, as it seemed my loyalty was taken lightly and I was initially assigned a very small room. After I expressed my concern, I was then upgraded, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, I noticed that rates have increased, which may warrant consideration in relation to the hotel's overall offerings.I hope management will take my feedback into account and make appropriate adjustments.

Theroom we stayed was specious and lovely. Breakfast was nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night.

Breakfast was great, every morning, tasty and lots of choices, bathroom was decent sized, full service restaurant for dinner was good as well, we did use room service one night for a late dinner, not good due to our choice. easy walk to shopping and food from the hotel, train station is walkable but not recommended if you have luggage...

The bed was just about as firm as it could be, by far not comfortable and not my favorite

Friendly staff and the hotel was great, clean and nice. Good location.

Breakfast was very good. Location was convenient to the cruise port. Very unsafe area. We say people shooting up IV drugs just outside the hotel. Lots of people living on the street begging for money just outside the hotel entrance.
