- Hotel was nicely updated. Room was clean. Great location near restaurants and train station. Also convenient because our tour to Amalfi and Pompeii picked us up right in front hotel!!

Cons -
- there were bed bugs in our room. the hotel refused to reimburse us, even when we showed them pictures of the bed bug bites and the sheets where bed bugs were clearly seen. they claimed they were just mosquitos. Not true. very disappointed.
- Everything was great!!
- Booked room March 25 - 2 months prior, when we arrived told it was overbooked and sent to another hotel in a poor and unsafe area by the port. Had paid extra for premium room and was sent to a hotel that caters to bus tours. Terrible restaurant.
