Naples Pizza Hostel

The location is perfect. The rooms and facilities are basic but clean. It's a hostel, not a 5* hotel. The staff were accommodating and friendly, giving me many tips about the city and places to eat.

The location is good. You can go to many famous places very quickly or take the metro. And stuff is super nice and welcoming and warm hearted. Especially Jose, he’s super nice.!!! and help me a lot with my missing item and this Hostel. I will recommend this Hostel to all my friends.

Maybe about the washroom in the room can be more clean. But it’s OK.

I loved the multicultural environment. The staff was great and very helpful. It is a safe place with no chaos and arguments. It's also seriously close to the central part of Naples and the Napoli Garibaldi station, being only minutes away from many famous food spots that offer absolutely delicious meals.

There is a guy from Colombia there who accosts you to buy his empanadas,They aren't particularly good and his dough, and filling sit uncovered in the fridge for days.Staff don't say anything to him or about him to warn guests.An elevator would be nice, but I'm sure that would be very expensive.No breakfast is available.

This was my third year there. Best location. I love being right in the middle of Centro Storico. Because it was so hot this year all the windows were open and I got bit by mosquitoes so bad I couldn’t sleep all night, but I was able to move to a different floor with a room with no windows so that solved the problem.

It’s hard to say something bad because the staff us so great. They did have some problems this year with electricity going out, hot water not working and broken fridge. But they remedied the situation swiftly.

I stayed for about 3 weeks, I was very pleased. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they tried to help with everything. The hostel was very clean. The location is very good, walking distance to everywhere.

Great location, on a quiet street, so it's silent at night and good for sleeping.

Little dark rooms, lamp didn't work in the room and there's no curtains on individual beds.

I'm sure many people would love the mattresses as they were very soft, but they were too soft for me. The location of the Hostel is in a fairly quiet area.

I personally found the mattresses too soft. The cleanliness of the showers and the size of them are pretty bad ngl. There was a blocked drain in both showers (don't particularly like walking through someone else's filth). And the Hostel was not the easiest to find, even with google maps. Signage could be clearer.

It was centrally located.

The doors don’t lock so anyone can enter into your room at any time. It’s a big problem of security. It was not clean. I woke up with bug bites. After one night of zero sleep, I decided to give up my other two nights and find a new place.

Noisy Bed. Two floors between bedroom and kitchen and lobby. Toilet seat missing. Ground floor shower not functioning

Good communication and friendly staff. Location is great at the centre of the old town. Facilities on the upper floor looked quite good including kitchen and toilets. Overall satisfied.

The room wasn't ready upon arrival but especially the bad thing was finding plumbing issues in the mixed dormitory. Shower and toilet area require some maintenance to prevent floods.

It was my second time in this hostel, the first one was in 2023. I recommend it, a small cute hostel and it is located in a very safe touristic area in the city center "Spaccanapoli" and the staff is awesomeeeeeeee. Amo i Napoletani. Of course I will go there again. ♥♥

Almost nothing.

Hostel put pictures on booking. com at least 10 years old. Now is not so new like is on photos. Place is near street there is motorbikes makes noisy, it made uncomfortable feel. Others tuorists in room said that hostel fotos on booking.com and reality did not liked them to.

Fleas and the most uncomfortable stay ever

I stayed in a private room not in a dormitory. It was super dirty, breakfast was included to the price but once i arrived they told me they don't serve breakfast. Instead of that they gave a card of a local restaurant that i could get free breakfast only once the rest of the days i had to pay. NO wifi into the room, in general signal at the building was not enough even to load a google search. And the best part i got fleas from the bed. The first night i got a lot of bites at my sleep, i ended going to dermatologist, pay medicines, for me, my family, my dog. And yes they refunded me with the half money which was not enough to even pay the doctor and the meds.

The location was pretty convenient and the wome's only dorm room felt safe. The facilities overall were nice and was quiet enough for good sleep. I was only there for a short time, so I did not use the common kitchen

Though I had communicated and confirm my late arrival many times, when I got there, no staff was present. I lucked out that a friend of the owner happened to be leaving when I arrived and was able to let me in and check me in, but if not for the lucky timing, I would have had to find other housing. The front desk hours are incredibly limited, so be aware of this when planning your arrival time

It was a nice hostel, the room was nice and the bathroom too. The staff was very accommodating and the hostel was cute.

It was a bit hard to find and it's not a great location. The beds don't have curtains and you were directly looking as the bed across from you.
