    Pros +

    • Staff was extra nice and willing to give recommendations on places to visit and eat. Bed was comfortable and wi-fi was good. The location is really good if you need somewhere near bus and train, but being near the station, expect a dirty neighborhood.
    • This hotel was very clean and very well equipped. The location was excellent and very accessible on foot from the train. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist.
    • I didn’t have breakfast, I had to leave before breakfast started

    Cons -

    • This place is kind of hard to find if you don't know where to look. It's right on the main piazza in front of the station, but you have to look closely for the little sign next to the door to see it. Also, the pillows were crappy, so ask for extras.
    • The entrance to the hotel was unexpected but we have learned that some of the old buildings in Europe have so much space that the hotel is like an oasis, which this one was. Don't let the entrance scare you!
    • the location, WiFi was weak, bed was not comfortable

I didn't like anything, surroundings, cleanless, smell

Hotel smells like fish boat, we made check-in, see the room and left immediately, I asked for full refund to response from property

It was near the train station. It was secure. The staff was helpful

Rooms were super small. Bathrooms even smaller. City location was not ideal. Many street vendors just outside the door.

Friendliness of the staff and proximity to train station for travels to Pompeji

Very thin walls… we heard everything from our neighbours, literally…

    1VatanaPosted on: 8-30-2025

    It’s close to the train!

The bed is hard like a rock and the wall is like paper. We can hear everything!

    3FernandezPosted on: 8-28-2025

The A/C worked very welll but super cold and loved that it was close to the train station. The staff was friendly and room was semi-comfortable.

The location is not very nice and doesnt feel safe. The hotel reception is not very comfortable. I would say the location and hotel isn't ideal. I wouldnt stay here again.

Though the room type we booked (2 twins) was not provided when we got to our room, the front desk person moved us to a larger room with 2 beds which was on the inside of the hotel which was much more quiet as it was not on the street side. It also was odor free (see next question). And it was a much nicer set up. He was very nice and accommodating.

There was a distinct smell on one side of the hotel almost like a strong bug spray but may have been something else. Thankfully, the room we got moved to was not on that side however we did have to go to that side to get the elevator.

    Renovated room and fair breakfast

Location and the area outside the hotel is horrible. We arrived at night and plenty of homeless siting at the corner near il main entrance of the hotel and its very dangerous area.

Amazing staff, amazing location if you’re looking to explore Sant Agnello, spacious place, very clean, an absolute 10/10! Best food we ate our entire trip was right next door. Get the roast chicken!! ?

The back bedroom shower was just a little slow to drain but wasn’t a problem overall! We had to meet friends in sorrento and there happened to be train delays so we ended up paying over $100 USD for a taxi there. Ferry is likely preferable but with the train delays we missed it as well. Not as easy as you’d imagine to get there but if you plan ahead and give yourself lots of wiggle room it’s totally doable. Also after seeing Positano and Sorrento, we were super happy to be off the beaten path. It’s a cute area and much cheaper than the other popular areas!

place was very practical if you needed to travel (close to the main station)well insulatedbreakfast was ok, many choices

def NOT a 4 stars hotelstructure was a bit old and "cold" / not cosycappuccino was terrible :(the area around is rough

    7BayramPosted on: 4-14-2025

Marica was a nice Personal ?We were not offered the room we had booked and the hotel also wanted money for a replacement room just because we checked in late. An absolute no-go. Otherwise it was okay

bed comfort good (BUT Italian beds are HARD!) very clean. Staff very nice. Location very close to Nopoli Centrale (main train station)

Location very close to Nopoli Centrale (main train station) but this area is a bit seedy. The side street next to the hotel has 3rd world type street market, not the facility's fault. Did not feel unsafe to me but might feel that way to less experienced travelers.

Huge breakfast buffet. Courteous, warm, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean.

    5LucyPosted on: 3-22-2025

The hotel room had been refurbished to a very high standard with a huge TV and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from.A lovely welcome note and sweets awaited our arrival. Along with a parting gift on checkout.Slippers available for guests were a nice touch. The location is fantastic for the train station although the area is a little questionable but there's always police/army around so we never felt intimidated.Great selection of restaurants across the road from the hotel.

The 24hr room service is a limited amount of drinks in a mini bar and from reception. When you arrive late after a long day of travelling we just wanted some food in the room, but this isn't available. The bed was hard (which is fine if this is what you like, I just prefer a soft bed). Only 1 pillow per person, no extras in the room. The rooms are soundproof from the street, but not from the noise from the corridor, a large group of children arrived on our second night and were very loud. We also had one of the group knocking on our door around half past midnight looking for their friends which wasn't ideal.Google does say this hotel has a bar and a restaurant, this is not true. (See attached pic). The Internet wasn't strong enough to stream on the TV and was very intermittent on the phone too. It kept dropping out. We had 2 coat hangers for 2 people.

The staff were nice when we were there. The room was clean and as expected.

My son left his insulin in the room and I tried to get a hold of them and they wouldn't respond to my messages. We tried calling, and they said to call back the next day, which wouldn't help us at all. So we had to get insulin in another city. Fortunately, we have friends in the city we were staying in.

    7AndrewPosted on: 3-11-2025

Room and washroom was clean and perfect for just sleeping. Close to train station and airport.

There are many homeless people right outside the hotel and the area is very dirty and garbage everywhere.
