BW Signature Collection Hotel Paradiso

Rooms seemed clean enough for one night stay.

The staff were not accommodating. LOUD music blaring outside our window until 3AM, asked to change rooms and front desk wasn't helpful. Restaurant in hotel was awful. Seafood was previously frozen, wouldn't allow you to sit where requested, though empty.

Perfect view and service , delicious and healthy food. We will came back again.

The pool is more of a jacuzzi than a pool but it is still gorgeous and worth the money

The staff super friendly, all of them. Amazing views of Napoli and the sea. Very good breakfast and restaurant for lunch or dinner. All the support of the staff all the time with smiles and professionalism. Very close parking if needed.

The room was a bit small but all good. There is everything necessary in the room and it is very clean and cozy. All good.

It has a great view from the breakfast and dining area. When interacting with staff, they were nice, although they didn't follow instructions. The lunch options there were pretty good, so they have some good food.

No airconditioning and these sweaty rooms really need it. Opening the window all night leads to car noises and people talking loudly or doing renovation work, and mosquitoes making it in, guaranteeing a lack of sleep. Regarding noise, I was in a room under the reception, so heard nothing but heels clacking on the floor and trolleys rolling on the floors at all times of the day. Bathroom was so cramped I couldn't dry myself off without banging my elbows into everything. We arranged meeting rooms with catering. We got one pot of tea and coffee and 4 bottles of water for a group of 15 people. They didn't bother refilling until we start complaining. Then they're apologetic and nice, but next day same story. They sent the bill to the wrong person in the group - they ignored specific instructions for who to bill, even when we had a native Italian to explain it to them. At the rooftop terrace you won't get served, you have to chase them down to get anything.

The View was spectacular. Rooftop Staff, very friendly especially Mr. Alessandro and Mr. Davide. Food was very good. Price for food and the nice white wine Greco di Tortuffo were very reasonable.

I must say, most of the receptionists were really unfriendly. Barely said hello or goodbye. Strange attitude!!

Breakfast had really good options and the best cappuccino in Naples! It’s really far from everything but it’s nice if you want quiet! It’s located on a steep hill so riding a bike or scooter back might be difficult! Taxis charge about 35euros each way to pick you up but that’s Italy! No air conditioner is also Italy but they have electric shades on the windows so you can sleep with your window open at night!

Hotel has incredible views of bay of Naples and Vesuvius it is clean and well laid out, breakfast was good we didn’t eat dinner there.

Room was very small, pillows not too comfortable

The view from the sea view room was outstanding and well worth sacrificing a little luxury for. Staff were all impeccably polite and helpful

Rooms need updating, beds were not comfortable at all. Drain smell in the room. Menu at the restaurant not to our liking but that is personal preference, we did enjoy the beef and potatoes.

Breakfast, cleanliness, staff all amazing. Views stunning. Mattress slightly hard. It would be good to be able to have snacks at lunchtime and evening- not just restaurant food. Thank you everyone

The view was amazing ,staff really friendly they went over and beyond to ensure my father had a great birthday .The breakfast was perfect lots of choice and delicious pastries.rooms were very clean and a comfortable bed. The location was amazing we had local bars and restaurants down the hill.the funicular helped with climbing back up!

The shower drain was a bit smelly.
