Boutique Hotel Piazza Carità

It is not easy to get to when you have luggage, do not recommend for travelers. It was very hot, we could not turn down the AC. They didn?t take the bathroom trash out from the previous guests and the drain in the shower was broken.

Location is unbeatable.. it is close to everything.. the room and the bathroom were spacious

The whole bathroom needs renovation.. it’s needs a whole plumbing system.. the toilet’s rinser (toilet shower) was not working and water was flooding on the floor, since the first minute in the room.. we asked to change the room but it was in vain.. this made our stay very uncomfortable the wifi was down during our whole stay! They sent wrong information prior to our arrival and claimed that it’s an outdated automatic message! The information directed us to the wrong building for check in! Pillow are not very comfortable..

It was very central to everything, so the location was great and the hotel was very pleasant.

The lift. If you forgot to close the doors the lift wouldn’t move.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The signage is terrible. I arrived about 11:30 PM after a flight and could not easily find the door to the hotel. It is located in a building, and it is not apparent that you need to calk the front desk from the outside phone. Also, the AC was not working properly until I asked the desk to help me.

Hotel arranged a transfer to the Airport for €35 which we took, Found out later a taxi was only €16 for the same journey, not the worst bit though, We were told it was a black car waiting outside for us, Which was not the case, Car was not there, Our transfer turned out to be an old Renault scenic which was not in very good condition, We got in and the Driver took off before we could put on our seat belts, He then informed us that the seat belts did not work, He was also on the phone several times on the journey, A very unpleasant and disturbing experience to say the least, This hotel should review the quality of transfers they are offering, Absolutely not worth the Money, Get a taxi from the taxi rank across the road,

Good location within walking distance of the town centre and the old town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an old war building which is pretty interesting. No noise at night.

Just be away that reception is in a different part of the building to the rooms. You will need to go to Scala A first to check in and then reception explains where your room is.

we have to stay to the city because of our canseled flight. In the hotel facilities they said that it is the transfer from the airport to the hotel but finally we were told that there was no such service. when we tried to communicate by phone it was very difficult as the receptionist did not speak English. the hotel is located inside a large apartment building and occupies one floor of it. The room was very dirty with stains on the sheets as my photos show. the price of €120 for one night does not meet my expectations in any detail.

It was actually quite refreshing as travelers to have a hotel that gave you a chance to relax with some familiar comforts.

The building was really cool. A bit challenging to find the actual location inside the building but it was simply a lack of signage. (I.e. it was in the second of three stairwells on the 2nd floor and the stairwells didn’t connect despite being in the same building.)

Top Center of the city, cozy rooms with good mattresses

The location is great as there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The main strip of shops is also easy to walk to. Staff were also nice and helpful.

The bathroom shower leaked everywhere on the floor because the door is not properly sealed. It made getting out of the shower a little dangerous as it became very slippery when combined with the water.

The hotel had no lobby, the staff were ok but not overly friendly or helpful, the rooms were pk but not as I expected. Basically the pictures on BOOKING.COM make the hotel look much nicer than it is. I was thoroughly disappointed!

Lovely big room! it was extremely clean and comfortable - in particular, the bed, duvets and pillows were the most comfortable that we found during our stay in Italy.The location was perfect; a couple of minutes’ walk from the Toledo metro station and a couple of minutes from the Spanish quarter.The staff were friendly and helpful.There was a lift, which is useful when you have big suitcases.

I couldn’t figure out how to work the bath, which was annoying because I paid extra for a luxury room with a bath. I didn’t ask for help because I was already naked by that time and couldn’t be bothered getting dressed. Some guidance in the room would be helpful as it’s not obvious. We also chose this hotel because reviews mentioned the excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, the kitchen was out of service during our entire stay. I was not aware of this when booking the room or at any point prior to our stay. This is actually quite disappointing because it’s hard to find a breakfast that isn’t sweet in cafes and bars.

Location of the hotel is perfect! It is a bit tricky to get to the hotel itself, as it is in a "commercial" building, based on the 2nd floor, but the hotel send instructions the day before and they are very useful. Piazza Carita is very busy and noisy, so you will hear it from your hotel room. We requested a quiet room and the hotel provided it. This is a nice base, if you're not too demanding and particualr.

Very nice hotel,we had room with balcony overlooking the square.very centrally located. Noise from street also during night but it is central Naples.lift was not working when we had to leave but receptionist (tall strong young man)took suitcases down to the waiting taxi.very pleased with that.

everything. the location was terrible the building felt very unsafe and you had to go up to a certain floor where only 1/4 of that floor was the hotel. the staff were very unhelpful. we booked a 4 night stay and it was so bad we only stayed one night and booked another hotel instead

It is a prettily decorated hotel in the heart of the city. The staff are attentive and polite.

The locked connecting door to the next room allowed noises from that room into my room. I explained the noise issue to the front desk next morning and it was quiet from then on.

there is no traditional lobby and the hotel is only a small part of the building. the jacuzzi wasnt very good or clean. and working the air conditioning was like rocket science(I was not successful). and the toilet door is realy loud
