Good customer service.

Everything was perfect, the location, the room, the bed, the self-catering kitchen, the lounge, the breakfast, the staff: friendly, helpful, cheerful ?

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The gentlemen at the reception were nice and very helpful. The location is convenient, although the area feels a bit sketchy. The communication regarding check-in information was great and easy to follow. The facility, especially the kitchen, was kept clean at all times. The female staff working in the kitchen were also kind and lovely, and they did a great job keeping the kitchen spotless. The breakfast was simple but very good considering the price of the stay. They allow late check-in and also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out at no extra charge.

The room (5-person dorm) felt a bit stuffy at times. The rooms are cleaned between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., and guests are asked to leave during that time. I was out then, so it wasn’t a problem for me, but it may be inconvenient for those who want to rest during those hours.

Nice breakfast and at great location. It can be accessed easily to other main attractions.

It could have been better if the kitchen can be opened up like 1 PM. As 2.30 PM a bit too late to start cooking for lunch.

It’s not a place to feel comfortable. There are VERY strict rules and the kitchen and your own bedroom is closed for half of the day meaning you cannot use either of them.

Location, free breakfast, beds, cleanliness

Nice place to stay in the middle of the city. Traveling to visit Capri, Pompeii, and Sorrento was easy because of the closeness to the train station, and the port is a bus ride away. The bathroom is for a dorm and not common among dorms, which I liked a lot. Also, it's spacious. Friendly team and provided guidance to sightseeing.

There are disturbances at night from outside such as vehicles and garbage trucks, etc. Please make sure to have ear plugs.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and while it as a hostel breakfast it was one of the better breakfasts in a hostel that I’ve experienced.

The only thing I would comment on is the lockers (at least in the room I was in) didn’t have any way to actually lock them.

Breakfast wasn’t great, and some of the staff were a bit rude when speaking. I arrived early to leave my bag and scan my passport, and when I wanted to take a short 5-minute rest on the lobby couch, they kicked me out because I wasn’t checked in yet. Almost everything you need comes with an extra charge.

Breakfast was reasonable, basic things mostly sweet though. Location was central to the main attractions. Staff was helpful for discovering the area.

Location, since it's close to the train station it was not that safe, I got catcalled couple of times unfortunately and the street where the hostel located is full of garbage but inside of the hostel is pretty cool. I think you're fine as long as you watch out for yourself at the neighborhood.

Room met expectations. I had a clean place to sleep for the night with all proper amenities.

I wish they would have let me pick my bed. It was also pretty noisy outside, there wasn’t much of a sound seal with my window. Some lunatic Christian flash mob started yelling into a microphone right outside the hostel in the evening, and it was really annoying.
