- We were unable to get in at the location and had to sit outside and wait for 2 hours. The host was no help and kept telling us to read the email that we never received and didn?t want to resend the email. The bed was very uncomfortable.
- There was little instruction the location. We weren¿t aware there was an elevator so we carried our luggage 4 flights of stairs. I asked for help with airport transportation but did not get much help. I had to ask around to schedule it
