Grand Hotel Oriente

Great friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic! The location can't be beat!

We were on the 8th floor and we could hear the commotion as stuff was being set up on the 9th floor for the bar/breakfast area. Way too much noise from the moving tables. The bed was alright but we've slept on more comfortable beds elsewhere

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Close to the metro station.

Some of the reception staff was off putting. I do not speak Italian but it was very clear they were talking about me. And my impression was it wasn’t positive.

Good breakfast with various options at the rooftop restaurant, excellent view. Clean, renovated rooms.

AC cooling didn’t work.

The rooms were very clear, lots of pillows. Also, the breakfast floor has a great view of the whole city

So many things were broken and falling apart in the room. From door hinges to lamps . It was shocking how many things were hanging by a thread.

Perfect location. Walk right out and a block away you are in Toledo with so many restaurants and shopping. Staff was very helpful and bartenders in the rooftop bar were exceptional.

The location is excellent . The hotel is really nice and clean . Loved the sky bar which is also the breakfast location

So noisy in hotel , furniture need to be replaced and digital things should be installed.

Staff was very, very kind and accommodating. We stayed only one night for a stop-over, and it did the job for the pricepoint.

The room was not clean, had half-used soap bottle, dust and a mark from someone killing a bug on the wall. Clearly was not thoroughly cleaned before we checked in which made me feel uneasy.

Very good location, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the bar with the terrace looking out over the city

Location, staff are wonderful. Reception staff are very helpful. Breakfast room and selection of food are great too.

There was no TV channel in English. Some news channels in English could be a nice touch. I think rooms need some maintenance and renovation. But these are minor issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Bad

The room is old – the walls and doors haven’t been painted in a long time, and overall it feels like a place that hasn’t been properly maintained for quite a while.The air conditioning can only be controlled through the front desk, so there’s no way to turn it off or adjust the temperature from inside the room – a basic feature you’d expect to be available (even hostels have in-room A/C control!).Additionally, the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, and even the slightest noise from neighboring rooms is clearly heard.Unfortunately, this isn’t an experience I would choose to repeat – certainly not at this price point and rating.The breakfast was poor, but the view was stunning.

Hotel is in a super location in the center, close to all attractions, shops, and port. Staff was very helpful. Very tasteful breakfast is served on the roof floor. You can sit on the terrace and overlook Naples. Room was large and well isolated from the street.

The bathroom is tiny, no tissues, no robes no face cloths, to get hot water you need to let the hot water for the bidet run for 10+ minutes so strange.

All staff very friendly. Rooms spacious and clean.

The hotel is located in the very center of Naples, very close to Via Toledo. The hotel is quite nice, new, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast was sufficient. The view from the terrace on the 9th floor is amazing! If you're looking for a place in Naples where you won't regret staying, this is the right address.My only feedback is that slippers and a dental kit should be provided in the rooms. Also, the toothpaste in the dental kit could be larger
