The location to Sagrada Famalia is fantastic, 2 blocks away. The rooftop bar has the most spectacular and the Sangria's were delicious

Our room was small, we didn't have a place for our luggage

I used a QR code supplied by the hotel to access the wifi system. It appears to have loaded software on my phone that created multiple warnings on my phone, prevented my cellular data from working the rest of the trip, and has me worried that my phone has been hacked. My data continued to work while in the hotel, but my cellular data was permanently neutered for the remainder of my trip.

Staff were very friendly, arranged an early check-in with no issues at all. Breakfast was served quickly and with much enthusiasm ☺️ super easy to reach from the central station and well positioned for exploring the city.

The lift would sometimes just not work while we were in it. Also, the walls between the rooms are paper thin and the noise carries through a lot.

Terrible smell in room and bathroom from sink/canalization. Vacuuming at 7:30 after the guest leaves?! Those walls and door are thin

Side street hotel was on was dirty ,and room newly decorated had a few snag issues ie door scraping on floor safe not fastened and trims loose. Nothing major

Room was full of mosquitoes and we got a lot of bites. Air conditioning didn't work so the room was very hot. Couldn't open the window because of the mosquitoes and noise level outside. Didn't feel safe in the area.

Pretty close to the train station and accessible to all the major areas of Napoli. The hotel interior is very nice and looks brand new. Definitely value for money.

Accommodation was just ok

1/ checkout at 10am is a joke. We had someone from the hotel knocking at our door at 9am to clean and inform about the checkout. 2/ there was no place to leave the luggage in the reception, due to this stupid 10am checkout, and the receptionist was totally rude when I asked for leaving our luggage there (and during the checkin, another employee said it was totally fine to leave the luggage there).

Everything was straightforward, nice large room with balcony over the front street. Room was exceptionally clean

A little kettle in the room would have been much appreciated

Lovely staff, very helpful. Location is central and close to many shops, restaurants and bars. It was a little hard to find as not super obvious which building it is in, however as soon as I found it and the staff helped me, it was great! Amazing value for money. I only stayed for one night as passing through Napoli however would stay for much longer if I were to return.

Nothing to complain about

We really didn't expect this place to be as nice as it was. Yes, it looked great in the pictures online. But it was very affordable, so we had our doubts. But WOW. Those pictures are fully accurate! What a place! Beautiful, clean (immaculate!), with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They were willing to let us drop our bags off early - but, it turns out the room was ready early, so they let us in early! Fantastic AC (a huge thing in July in Napoli!), comfortable single bed for our 12 year old, immaculately clean in every respect, and a generous size. Truly, a "ten." Oh yes, and really close to the subway station, and walkable to tons of historical sites, the centre of historical Napoli with great food and things to see right near by. Just perfect!

The only negative was the shower: the shower head was finicky and difficult to work - only worked on the more forceful setting, which my son didn't like - and the water temperature didn't remain consistent. But honestly, it was so completely awesome otherwise that we still give it a 10!!!!!

comfortable and clean, but really hard time checking in!! they said they are a virtual hotel which you can check in online but they left our key with a restaurant that closed before we arrived!

the hotel was modern and the rooms too. super easy check in and online service. also, the breakfast was good, as they knew what we wanted as we were there for a few days. really comfortable & great for the location in the city.

We liked the location, as it was near the historical center and the central ttain station. Very nice staff, they even offerd to hold our baggage for 2 extra hours aftet check out free of charge.
