The AC was very weak , room was very warm. The Wi Fi did not have a passcode to access.

close to the terminal which made it convenient. the continental breakfast was basic but fair; all I did see was a fruit cocktail not whole pieces of fruit.

Wish they provided the room with a coffee maker. could figure out if there was a heater in the room. it was cold during the trip.

It’s near the train station which is good, it’s price is ok for what it is

The location of the hotel is a bit sketchy, a bit old.The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.The breakfast was bad.

The front desk staff were nice and helpful. They spoke English well too.

There was a group of teens staying during my time there. They played soccer in the hallways until 1 a.m and it was extremely loud and disrespectful. The front desk was notified and I was told the teachers of the teens were notified. about the disruption and apparently nothing else was done. A/C also didn’t work.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us , just around the corner from the bus and train station , a short 3 minute walk . There’s lots of lovely places to get a bite to eat near the hotel, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was great, a good choice of food . Overall very happy with our 2 night stay .

Staff friendly and informative, close to train station and other amenities. I find it standard so it’s funny but shower stalls must have been designed by a extra skinny person in Italy. It’s a challenge but beatable. ?

Wi-Fi did not work in dining room

I liked that it was close to Termini. The staff was nice. I had always my bed done after i was coming to the room. I Liked that it had a place for baggage after i checked-out, so i could still visit the city until the time for flight was close. I also liked quietness and the breakfast.

A bigger and newer TV, a lower weight room key ( maybe use some doors which open with cards )

Location is good to get to center to catch train in Napoli Centrale.

I got insects (bed bugs).This is worst thing I have ever met in hotels. Terrible experience

The location of the hotel is very good, only 1 minute away from the subway station, and about 5 minutes walk to the train station and the station to Pompeii.The staff here are very friendly. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it tastes good.

The facilities here are very old and exude an old smell. The room is made of two mattresses spliced ​​together, with a gap in the middle, which is very uncomfortable. Secondly, the bathroom is too small... The toilet is almost connected to the sink, and it is impossible to sit properly.

The service was amazing, super friendly staff. A good breakfast, too. Easy and fast check-in and check-out.

We were supposed to have a double bed but got to single ones together instead, which was pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny.

Hotel is a nice building close to Garibaldi train station.

Too noisy. We could not sleep. Room is nice but smelly pillows and old mattresses. Breakfast is poor.

Great location

Room wasn't very clean, but when mentioned to staff it was rectified. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

The staff were very kind and helpful to us. They answered all our queries, organised taxis for us and gave us recommendations. The hotel was in a great location and had everything we needed.

The only thing we didn’t quite like were the beds.

Location was central and good for travelling, but you have to be very careful as you don't feel safe. Breakfast, no variety, just simple. Room was OK, simple with old furniture. Shower is broken, and seems no one interested to fix it?

Close to train station and metro

Room was smelling bad, phone was not working, mini bar wasn't working, one of the staff (lady) was very sulky, bathroom was very small, you almost hit your head to sink when you use toilet.

As a location, it was very good, right next to the train station. Unfortunately our room was overlooking the main road and, being Naples, it was quite noisy. Having said that, we still feel this hotel was very good value for money. Room was comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was also fresh with a good selection.

A room at the back of the hotel would probably have been quieter. Otherwise everything was great.
