Hotel Villa Margherita

This hotel is so amazing! It is located in a very safe neighborhood and walkable to everything. Raffaele , the manager made me coffee every morning and was so accommodating to help me find places to eat and for Ubers to get to the train station or wherever was going, that was far away. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will always stay here when I visit Naples. The rooms were big and clean and had beautiful views. I have some of my most gorgeous pictures from the terrace here.

Beautiful hotel! Loved having a room that overlooked the city and water. Very comfy. Nice and helpful staff. Lovely coffee and pastries for breakfast too.

Everything was fine

Extremely helpful staff, large rooms, beautiful views of sea. Quiet and restful.

We stayed in the family room. The view was fantastic and we could even see the sea! Next to the family room was a nice outdoor seating area where we had breakfast from every morning and admired the view. The staff were very friendly and brought us breakfast to our room (despite it saying no breakfast offered) every morning as soon as they saw we were awake (when I opened the shutters to the room).

The shower door had a gap from the wall so the water leaked outside. The bathroom is huge though so we could avoid the small puddle of water and the staff cleaned it up when they made up the room.

Air conditioning didn’t work in 1 room. Another room the toilet leaked all over the floor. Both couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The showers were extremely small even for Europe. The bed was so squeaky it would wake you up.

The facility is very local residential style and the room is very spacious. The manager Aless is very nice and helpful. we were able to early check-in.

The owner was so friendly and helpful, and the coffee and pastries delivered to the room every morning was such a nice benefit. The room was very quiet!

It is a little far from the metro station, at least 10-15 minute walk. But being that far away means it is also very quiet.

The staff were very friendly and always gave us the right information for everything and Alessandro was very cooperative The location is in one of the safe areas in Napoli and high class districts

Location was unbeatable, great views, bus and subway stations are quite close to the hotel as well as the funicular, also cheers to the helpful and welcoming staff especially Alessandro.

The staff was super helpful. They helped order a taxi, suggested restaurants, and gave us directions on how to get around. Room was large, clean and comfortable.They have complimentary coffee and tea. Nice roof top terrace

They had personal care products but no hair conditioner

awesome breakfast loved having on the patio. one negative was no gluten free options for my husband.

needed Gluten free breakfast and there wasn't any. would have liked yogurt and some gluten free chex cereal options.

Cute little terrace, friendly desk clerk made us cafe and brought pastries to our room for breakfast, we walked 2-45 minutes to some great parts of town.

The gentleman at the front desk was super polite and very helpful.

The room was great, however, the toilet kept running which made some noise. Other than that it was a great stay.

Walls are a bit thin so the rooms do not feel very isolated from other guests.

Lovely building and great access to metro. Beware that there is a 10 minute walk ( with luggage) to the accommodation which wouldn’t suit people with any mobility issues. A bit of a walk from the centre but easy access to Maradona’s mural. Morning coffee and sweets were appreciated. Thank you to Raphaele for a lovely stay

Shower is very compact- not suitable for larger builds

Incredible view and the staff were really sweet. They brought coffee and pastries to our room on the mornings we were around, and brought our deliveries to the door. Felt like a home away from home.

The shower needs updating, it leaked from the sides every time, and was way too small. Occasional smell of sewage at night and early morning (but this is Naples in general). There is a rumbling from the funicolare throughout the night which may be an issue for light sleepers.

Rafafele made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He insisted on making my cappuccino every morning and the fresh pastries were delicious. The shower was very small but plenty of hot water and all the necessary soaps and lotions. There were several excellent restaurants walking distance from the hotel. If you like walking. Rafafele also made taxi reservations for our group and was outside when the taxi arrived ensuring we got off okay. Excellent service.

Location was excellent, very clean & plenty of supplies (water, soap etc).

Looks as if hotel is currently being renovated, not really an issue just a bit odd.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great, in a quiet zone with a lot of accesses to the center.
