Apart Hotel Suite Italy Naples Chiaia Mergellina

Room is spacious. During the day, location feels better. Walkable to beach and we found a nice coffee place about 10 min walk.

There was so much construction when we got there. It was late so I was confused where the property was located. I booked last minute so the “hotel” threw me off. This is NOT a hotel. I called the property manager and he didn’t speak English so I spoke to someone else and he was extremely rude. There was security when we got there but we still didnt feel safe. To get in, it was so confusing. We had to use our phones to get in but WiFi wasn’t that great so we took awhile to figure it out. When we used the shower, it over flowed and it flooded the bathroom. Thankfully the cleaner was there so we were able to replace the towels that we used to clean the flooding. Apparently they fixed the problem. It was not fixed. We had to stop the shower every two minutes to make sure it didn’t over flow again.

Our host was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable.

We had to coordinate to meet the host upon arrival to receive keys and pay city taxes in cash. Not a problem, just something to consider.

The property was clean and the location was in a central location close to the Metro.

There were a few problems with the unit. Window cover was broken, wall molding was loose in the bathroom, shower leaked, and shower valve was broken.

We have been served with breakfast just across the road in a lovely coffeshop, called Sofia, it was brilliant, the pastries, coffee, cakes were top class. The room has a big screen, you can watch the teli from the bed :-)the room was comfy, spotlessly clean. the apartment is only a few steps from the bus station

It's quite noisy at night.

The street is really noisy so it was a bit hard to sleep with all the noise of the cars and people.

I chose this hotel because of its convenient 11:00 AM checkout time, but it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, smelled great, and was very comfortable. Mario, who handed me the keys, was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had two fantastic nights here!Thank you

Everything about this place is wonderful. Me and my friend had a great time there. The room is very clean and smell good. The location is nice. the owner name is Luigi, he is so kind, humble and his hospitality is beyond our expectation.

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Gigi, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The breakfast arrangement was a thoughtful touch. The provided €2.50 ticket per person covered a classic Italian breakfast at the bar across the street. It was lovely to enjoy a fresh cornetto and a delicious cappuccino in the morning, with the flexibility to choose other options if desired. The location was excellent! Situated in the charming Chiaia district, it was close to Mergellina and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore Naples. A perfect spot for both convenience and a local experience.

The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful waterfront and vibrant local shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the comforts of home.The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations and making sure my stay was enjoyable.

Situated in a good area with train stations being close and the pier to walk also close by. Our host was very helpful and friendly.

The tourist tax was quiet high in comparison to the other cities in Italy we stayed, we paid 20 euros.

Read properly before you book. I was under impression that this was apart hotel. In reality, this was just a private room in very strange surroundings, hybrid office/ apartment building. No room service, breakfast outside the venue, very strange concept

Room finishing is top spec

Too noisy because one of the windows could not close and it is located in the middle of town, otherwise it would have been one of the best places I have booked on booking.com

My friends and I had a late flight cancelled, so we had to find somewhere with a late check-in that could accommodate us last minute. This place was perfect, the staff were helpful, and it was a relief to find such a lovely place after such a stressful day.

Marco was very friendly and considerate. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Location is excellent with bus stop just outside the building and nearest train/metro station is a 5 min walk.

Breakfast was in a little cafe across the road from the apartment, we got a voucher for it. staff very friendly there & we got a basic breakfast of coffee & a croissant but was very tasty & other pastries there were excellent also. Air con was good & also had a fridge in the room. Marco was our kind host who was there to greet us & looked after any queries we had or requirements during our stay. Good Value for money for our 4 night stay.

Personally I prefer a hotel for other facilities, breakfast on site but overall a good experience in the apartment. City tax is €5 per person per day to be paid on arrival but that's not the fault of the host. Naples could do with additional staff to improve the litter issue but I believe some of it is done during the night. Taxi prices vary considerably for the same trip.

Luigi was very helpful during our entire trip right from the booking to check-in. He went out of his way to help us with our car parking and was very patient throughout. The facility is well equipped and would highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is very good, although it is far from the city center, but it is close to the seashore, with some nice bars and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast in the cafeteria across the street was very good too.

The place and its surroundings are fine, but the connection to other parts of the city should be taken into account.

A nice comfortable bed and pillow, clean spacious room with a nice shower. Good location, city center is easy to reach. Good value for the price!

The balcony is on the inside part of the building. Not good for people who like their coffee with a view in the morning?
