Grand Hotel Europa & Restaurant

Close to train station, clean, staff was helpful, had a restaurant & bar in hotel & 24 hour front desk. There was a taxi strike the day I left so the hotel sent someone with me to do the heavy lifting! Very nice of them!

The hotel is older so as such has some outdated decor, but I think that is common with a lot of hotels in Italy. Sparse furnishings in the room, but just enough. I was only staying one night so didn?t need anything fancy.

The dated wooded furniture, the cracked plastic base in the tub, the painting above the bed, the ridiculously loud squeaking noise my AC unit was producing.

Location excellent. Staff friendly . Breakfast was wonderful.

City is dirty but hotel was excellent and clean

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were there just for a quick night before an early flight out and it was convenient to eat dinner in hotel and get early taxi

The location is good for train station access (next door) and airport (10 min taxi ride in early am), but not a place we wanted to walk around.

the tub in the bathroom had visible signs of repair that looked dirty. Voices (washing machine) came through the wall.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurant with very good food and attentive staff. Charming and quaint Italian hotel in downtown Naples.

We liked everything. You may consider providing more soap for bathing, and a blanket (if needed by the guest) for the bed in cooler months of the year.

The restaurant was very good and good location for us , close to airport. Rooms were clean and hotel was lovely

No coffee making station in room. If you have an early morning train, the food court is closed until 06:00 so you out of luck for the 1st coffee of the day. Room was very clean but Bed was Extremely FIRM and mattress wrapped in plastic. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very close to the train station, the room was clean, and the shower was nice. The staff was pleasant.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable in our room. Also, there were twin size beds on either side of the double bed, and it left very little room to move.

The property itself is good, it had vintage vibes which i love in a hot, great location as it is next to the train station, metro station and bus station so you can reach , lots of shopping.Very Good breakfast and friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you anyway they can

So i spent 7 nights there….so here is a breakdown for solo travelers 1)Extremely small single Room2)No fridge3)No kettle , tea or coffee bags 4) The sounds were horrible, extremely thin walls resulting in hearing everything …..from snoring in the next room, people getting in their bathrooms and people walking through the corridors5) After 8 or 9 pm the whole streets fills with vendors(not the kind of vendors you see during the day) which made me feel uncomfortable so i had to rely on taxis taking me from and to the hotel at nightI really recommend this hotel for a night or 2 max or if you need a quick night sleep before your next train but if you are a light sleeper you will not sleep at all?

Convenience, nice staff, had everything I needed.

Elevator only went to 2nd floor and my room was on 3rd floor. The view to the courtyard was not appealing. The courtyard was cement, and there was junk in it.

Location to train station. One of the less expensive hotels in the area that is not below average.

Very noisey. You can hear people talking in the next room, even to the point of understanding what they are saying.

The front desk was very helpful. They helped me arrange a tour to Pompeii. I was really appreciative as I was traveling by myself.
