    Pros +

    • The location is excellent. View of the water and mount Visuvius was beautiful. Restaurants are close and lovely walking along the waterfront. Room was nice with a small balcony perfect for relaxing and people watching. Staff was very friendly.
    • The view and location made it 100% worth it, loved seeing Mount Vesuvius morning and night.
    • the room seemed now and was clean. We were on an organised cultural tour and it was very close to our meeting point.

    Cons -

    • It is difficult to find - the sign is behind a hedge. Parking is difficult if you have a car. We were not sure how to get into the building- luckily a lady happened to walk out so we went in. Once inside we didn¿t know where to go - 1st floor is hotel
    • The photos online make it look newer and more updated than it was- some things falling apart or quite rusty. The bed was not comfortable but at least King size.
    • room was very small, sink was in bedroom whilst there was a bidet in the bathroom.. I know Italians like bidets but I found it strange to prioritise the bidet over the sink which was part of the bedroom and caused some messiness. Price was exhorbitant for this hotel and only realised after, that due to big conferences in the area, there was a lack of rooms We paid far too much for this hotel.

It was clean, the staff were friendly and the location is great with a good view. The in room hot tub was also a nice amenity.

The room did not deliver what was advertised: - The TV wasn’t working at all, which was one of the amenities we specifically chose the room for.- The WiFi barely worked, constantly disconnecting and making it impossible to use.- The bar area was completely closed, even though this was advertised as available — another reason we chose this hotel for our last night. On top of that, there were major roadworks right outside the hotel, completely blocking the views shown in the listing. If this had been mentioned beforehand, we absolutely would have booked elsewhere. What made the experience even more frustrating was the hotel’s response. They acknowledged the issues and told us we would receive a partial refund, but since checking out they have ignored every email and have provided no follow-up whatsoever. It feels incredibly unprofessional and dismissive.Sharing this because we booked based on the amenities listed, none of which were delivered, and we don’t want other travelers to be misled the way we were. Sadly, we would not recommend staying here.

Great location, great breakfast, nice staff

A bit dark in the room.

    10GillianPosted on: 11-6-2025

Well situated, with beautiful views over the bay to Vesuvius. Friendly helpful staff.

There was a lamp post stuck in the middle of our bedroom view but that is not something the hotel has any control over!

    The bed

The smell of drainage in the bathroom that spread to all the room, the lack of windows, felt like a prison and inaccuracy of the description, it was supposed to have view to the ocean but only you can see it from outside the building. The elevator is tiny, the keys to my room were not ready when we arrived.

    2GrantPosted on: 10-27-2025

    Staff were pleasant.

There was an awful smell from the drains. There was a nightclub downstairs and you could hear the music until 2am.We were situated next to elevator so could hear guests check out from 5am. We were under the flight path from Naples airport so could hear that too. Breakfast was basic and over-cooked. Limited options.

the room was cleaned every day to a high standard. Air conditioning was good, and so was the shower room. The toilet had a bidet which is a comfortable appliance. Wifi was very good.

The place is noisy at night. It overlies a bar. you get people talking laughing aloud and shouting up to 0300. Windows are clearly not double glazing. Coffee machine in room had no coffee pods. when we requested them, none were to be had. breakfast was meagre. the room had no wardrobes or drawers, and it was difficult to lay out clothes that do not hang. The lift was excruciatingly slow. negotiating two floors could take about two minutes. It was also VERY small. Two persons with luggage would no fit. Reception closes at 1130! Staircase from the reception (there is no lobby to speak of) only reaches the first floor. Rooms are on the second floor. There was a potential stairway exit through an adjoining property. I do not remember if it was clearly marked as an emergency exit.

We didn't realise that there are extensive road works and road closures outside this hotel so it was extremely noisy as well as some bars underneath that crowds stood outside at night. The room was nice but was very smelly of smoke when we first arrived, the bathroom and jacuzzi needed a good clean and we were unable to use it as the water trickled it was half an hour and wasn't even past the jets to use so felt disappointed with what we paid we couldn't use it.The walls were very thin and we could hear neighbours tv quite late at night.Breakfast was lovely and the staff I cannot fault so helpful and couldn't do enough. They were friendly and efficient. We did book at taxi that we were told card payment and the price but when taxi dropped us off taxi said no card and charged us more. Overall a nice stay but room needs a good scrub and the stair at the bathroom door leading to jacuzzi is a little bit of a trip hazard I hurt my toe on it during the night. Also the shiwer didn't drain so the bathroom floor was soaking.

Noisy, roadworks, thin walls, smokey room and in need of some tlc

staff was very good and polite, albeit sparse. it seemed like same person manning the breakfast area also manned reception. Hotel was full so one morning there were around 10-12 people at breakfast and he/she had to deliver breakfast in room.. so efficiency was compromised.

we paid very expensive rates for this basic hotel.. only realised when we got there there the rates were put up as premium rates due to a G7 conference happening in the area. Usual rates are around 120€ per night.. we paid over €250 for the smallest room. Breakfast was ok.. nothing special.. very basic .. we only found out later that we could order a cooked breakfast.. My friend is cealiac and she wasn't catered for. Our room was clean and ok.. definitely not worth €250 per night though. And the worst was that the sink was not in the bathroom.. but in the bedroom!! extremely inconvenient verging on hilariously rediculous!! the bathroom housed a bidet which left no space for the sink.. hence it became part of the bedroom furniture. Also, the bathroom lacked fresh air and although there was an electric ventilator which would go on when you put on the light, the stink of drainage, drains and dampness was very strong. Also the works just in front of the hotel were very unsightly, another reason why we should not have been charged so much!

The team are so welcoming and we were greeted with a warm smile, a glass of water and cake. We couldn’t have felt more welcome. Even departing the team are so professional and looked forward to our return. We will definitely visit again.

Nothing really, apart from the roadworks outside of the hotel, which are a temporary inconvenience. We don’t really have a sea view, as we were opposite another building, sea to the right. It’s a great location for the harbour as well as being very close to the centre of Naples.

The decor was plush and well laid out. The TV was a strong feature and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The TV remote barely worked which distracted from the amazing TV itself - it became frustrating to use. There seeme to be a bad smell from the hot tub and drains in the bathroom. When we tried to use the bath, the bubble sprays produced a horrible apurt of smelly water into the existing bath which made it uncomfrotable and un-useable so this was disappointing.

The room was just as described with a great view of the gulf. Francesca greeted us at the door and was very welcoming and accommodating. We were very early, so she offered to hold our bags while we explored the city. The breakfast was good and just as expected. It was a nice mix of pastries, meats, cheeses, and eggs. We would highly recommend a stay at this boutique.

    10EdytaPosted on: 8-21-2025

We loved the location, very close to the port, great view from the balcony. This small boutique hotel is a local gem, for those who seeking peace and quiet. Francesca went extra mile to make our stay extra special, very attentive lady, profesional and most important very kind and welcoming. Her food recommendations were spot on! Thank you Francesca ! :)

Beautiful location, modern rooms, great view from the balcony, jacuzzi in the room, most helpful and attentive staff. All this make our stay very special and we definitely would be back! Thank you

Location was good, could walk to the port and nice area to walk to for dinner on an evening, felt safe. Could tell room had recently been refurbished and was modern and clean.

There wasn’t a fridge in the room. It was a small minibar but it wasn’t deep enough to store a small carton of milk. It also wasn’t cold enough. Breakfast was ok if you just want a coffee and a pastry.

    LocationTrendy chique interior

Sometimes smell of sewer and standing water. Shower water didn’t run well to the sewer.

Good location and rooms were very nice.

Reception and breakfast rooms were underwhelming. Not helped by the work going on outside the hotel.

Exceptional staff that goes above and beyond. Special thanks to franchisca who was not only helpful and kind but also took the time to direct us to wherever we wanted to go. Julia in the restaurant was amazing and also the male receptionist who was very helpful as well. The room was stunning with close attention to the very small detail. Will definitely visit again!
