Mercure Angioino Napoli CTR Hotel

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful view of sea and castle from balcony where breakfast is served. Free internet worked well.

There was no power outlet next to the bed. I needed one for my CPAP machine. The hotel did not have an extension cord either, so I had to sleep with my head on the foot of the bed for the entire stay. I'd expect a 4-star hotel to not have such an issue.

The staff was wonderful as they provided great service. The location was fantastic as it was centrally located to many historical sights in Naples.

If you did not get breakfast included in your room charge, then before you can get breakfast, which is located on the 3rd floor, you cannot charge the breakfast to your room. You have to go to the lobby and pay for it upfront. Ridiculous!

£250 a night - yes not euros pounds £250 - no breakfast - tiny room , hardly had aircon , lift broke down , I paid just under 900 euros for 3 nights that works out at £250 a night its without doubt the worse most expensive hotel I have every stayed in and we have been away 2-3 times a year over the last 10 years

Clean rooms, hospitality 10/10, bed very comfy.

It was a bit dated, felt more like a high end 3 star hotel - like a nice premier inn.

I liked The location and the view from the terrace.

The room was dirty , we found hairs on the bathroom floor and on the shower. Super disappointing. The water of the shower was lightly warm and the water pressure was very very low , so was very difficult had a nice, relaxing and warm shower after a long day. Never happened in my life in a 4 star hotel . Very uncomfortable Plus our room had no view, we never opened the window because we had a wall in front of our window

Very good location to popular tourist destinations and the metro.Friendly and professional staff. Great welcome experience with the front desk assistant.Wonderful aperitivo at the outside bar and amazing service from Loredana - she was the best!! :-)

The room price was too high for what it was, in my opinion. Granted, the hotel is in a good location and I'm sure it's more or less in line with other hotels of that level in Napoli.I wasn't so impressed with the breakfast and the breakfast room is a little dated - however, during the summer, sitting outside on the large balcony must be nice.

Location is great. Easy walk to food, and the cruise ports and water excursions.

It was comfortable, had good space. The hotel has a small but very good and convenient gym.

This is a smart property conveniently located in by the port and the castle, next to a metro station. Breakfast on the terrace was very pleasant. It’s a 5 minute walk to the main shopping street for lots of good restaurants etc.

The rooms got very warm at night - I don’t think the air conditioning works out of season. The beds are quite hard - not a problem, just an observation.

My room was very small. Not big enough to open my suitcase except on the bed. It had a balcony that was littered with cigarette butts. This is not acceptable for business travel and not up to Mercure standards.

Location was good,the Patio for Breakfast was impressive,pity it couldn't be used during the day not just for Breakfast..cleaning staff were excellent.

For a hotel like mercury paper cups were a nasty cheap alternative,not impressed, really no different than a Travel lodge,

We needed to change twice the room due to few issues.

Very central location. Across street from subway, 5 mins from port. Clean and nice sized room. Staff very friendly.

Room overlooked a noisy street until early hours of mornings.
