Wonderful guest care from entire hotel staff. Excellent location, near to sea transport used for vising islands Capri, Sorento and Amalfy. Tasty breakfast with wondelful italian coffee. Many nice restaurants nearby. Hotel is situated in a walking distance from historical Neapol, museums, galleries at glance, center is a little bit crowded, but alive. Neapol will be remembers with its lovely, polite and trully friendly people. Greetings from Bulgaria.

Great location with walking distance to most attractions. Good sized room that was clear. The staff is always very friendly and supportive!

We had a firework early in the morning...

Everything was perfect the room was clean and comfortable bed, in the breakfast they had a good selection of gluten free food perfect for celiac people. Really recommend

The doors are a bit thing and you can hear the people sometimes but nothing horrible I was able to rest

The property is a lovely boutique hotel. Walkable area with restaurants, a cool champagne bar, a local market, etc. The front desk team was above and beyond. I have had similar service at Ritz Carlton’s. We had a seaside view from our balcony which we enjoyed thoroughly. Great stay!

I am so glad i choose the Rex hotel, It was my first time in Naples, Italy and the whole stay was incredible. The staff so friendly and helpful all the time. The hotel itself very nice. It has everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent, very close to the centre and it is very safe! I highly recommend this hotel!

Rex Lifestyle was really a nice stay. Clean, efficient, well staffed, well appointed hotel in an excellent location and nice neighborhood. Breakfast was outstanding.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very comfy beds and clean room. Breakfast ideal for us, as we like sweet stuff in the morning. Hotel is in a more quiet area, but within walking distance of all Naples highlights.

The rooms are very noisy. Luckily not much of a problem, as all the other guests were quiet and polite. Street noises can be heard, but I don’t think it’s much different elsewhere in this vibrant city.

The walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the hallway and running water from other rooms

Very comfortable large bed. Nicely decorated room. Bathroom a little small. Located in a great part of Naples, right on the promenade and near a castle. Also easy walking distance to Plebiscito Square, the Spanish Quarter. Staff very nice and professional. Great breakfast and bar area. Would definitely recommend.

Good breakfast, with a variety of local dishes. Friendly service. The location is excellent for the ferries to Capri, very close. It's also close to the city center. My expectation was that it might be an older hotel, but it was well renovated with very good accommodations.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, but they recommend the nearby Plebiscito Parking lot, which offers a slightly discounted price. Parking in Naples is expensive, and since we drove, the traffic was chaotic. Our room was very close to reception, but it was fine.
