Very clean

The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast: a lot of things, but mostly sweets and the rest not very good quality.

Amazing location , staff were attentive and friendly! Made my stay in Naples ever more enjoyable!

There were multiple train stations close by.

It was not the hotel we booked. We were sent to a sister hotel because the hotel we thought we booked was full. The sound proofing was horrific and you could hear the bell going all night for the entry because there is no proper entry so you have to walk up the driveway to get in.

The mattress was not comfy. Was immersed in the middle.

I originally booked for the Ramada by Wynham in Naples, but after getting a weird message from WhatsApp and a fraudulent link, I figured it’s a fraud, so I switched to this hotel at the last minute. The free breakfast is very nice. This place has easy access to 2 Metro stations. The staff working at the front desk are also wonderful and helpful.

My room was facing a busy street so it could be a little noisy at night.

All is good bit far from the center but there is a metro station nearby and the staff was very helpful

The location is a bit out of the centre but that is clear because it is a know fact. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. A very friendly welcome by the host that helped us a lot. Only reason why it is not a 9 is because of the breakfast. No eggs, fresh orange juice and limited choice of bread. For the rest a nice and fine hotel

Excellent hotel with brilliant facilities. Breakfast was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good location for Napoli games as only a short walk from the stadium and Chiara was always happy to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning!

It was a great choice, just round the corner of the Napoli stadium and the metro and train station. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Recommended.

Very good hotel next to the university and enough restaurants in the area, so for me it was OK to stay here as I had a full programme, so for me it was better to stay here than in the city centre.

The lady at the desk was really welcoming . The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. There is a metro station about 200m walk. We were in Naples for a concert and the theatre was in walking distance.
