Very modern and the best staff I have ever experienced in a hotel! Even when we showed up after breakfast had ended they went out of their way to offer us pretty much a full breakfast.

I can’t say anything bad about the hotel.

The breakfast was really rubbish

The hotel is in a very good location near to old Naples and the Spanish Quarter. Although there's a main road outside, the sound-proofing was very effective and we were not disturbed by the traffic noise. Bed was comfortable, wifi was fast and the staff were extremely friendly. We would stay there again.

What a great find for our family break in Naples. Unassuming frontage, and quirky entrance, but a superb family suite, just what we needed. Lovely host at reception, and breakfast staff was amazingly helpful. Grazie!

Was a slightly quirky entrance arrangement, which I know is highlighted but merits restating - got in to main lobby and weren't sure of which side A/B to proceed to.

Great central location only about 1km from both Port and Napoli Centrale station and in a historic building with a cool entrance and balcony overlooking street life.

The cool entrance was initially slightly tricky to find (but not really if you pay attention).

Great location with clean, modern designed rooms, and an excellent breakfast, with a wide selection of food and drink.

Some fixtures needed repair and the hotel was difficult to find.

The Hotel is actually inside a very old building that has a ton of other estabilishments there, so it's hard to call it a hotel. Surely doesn't feel like it.

Great location and the staff were lovely. Room covered all our needs and the bed was really comfortable. Good choice for breakfast in the morning as well.

Location is great, accessible to all attractions and port. Staff was very helpful and warm. Matteo helps a lot to all requests. Alessandra, preparing breakfast always smiling and helping. Breakfast very rich with many alternatives. Bathroom was very large and comfortable.

it’s located in a typical Napolitan building, which shocks at first but it’s very clean an nice. Great breakfast.

- The hotel stuff was welcoming and very helpful- we were in a family room and had a two balcony- beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. Thanks to the housekeeping- Location was perfect for us. İt was at ‘Duomo’ metro station. Only one station from Napoli Centrale Train station (Garibaldi). - it was also close to the ferries (Molo Beverello) only two station from the hotel to Metro Municipio, where you can go to Sorrento, Amalfi coast and capri island. - close to Centro Storico.

- The only negative was the Signal of Wi-Fi connection. İt keeps disconnecting several times.
