Location!!!!

excellent hotel. we asked for chocolates for my partner birthday and they brought us with a card. room is clean and quite and bed is super comfy.

The reception staff was so friendly and very helpful. Gabriella and Cristiano were wonderful scheduling our tour of Pompei and Hercouleum. Also helping with train tickets to Sorrento.

Should have a coffee maker with coffee and tea in the room.

The location was great but not having breakfast was a little difficult.

Only one uncomfortable chair in the room.

Good value, safe, great staff,

It is a no frills , so I am not complaining.

Clean room. Staff were accommodating. Place is near Toledo st where there are lots of shops and walking distance tourist attractions. The area feels safe.

There’s no area where to place toiletries in the shower. We have to put it in the floor.

Perfect location, in the city centre but in quiet street. Staff very friendly.Rooms are clean, new and with comfortable bed.

The manager and the Staff are so friendly and so nice. They have allowed us to get the rooms earlier cause we’ve had a baby with us. All the requests and questions they have handled so professionally. It was a 5 star experience

I can't express how grateful we are to the staff of the Golden Hotel. They have done very much for us treating us like family.In terms of rooms it is a basic hotel, but very conveniently located and very clean.We will be happy to stay here again.

Great location and kind staff.

Rooms are really tiny, the shower is basically in the room which means that if sharing the room with someone, they won’t be able to avoid seeing you while you shower. Water pressure needs to be improved big time. Also the cleaning ladies used to chat quite loudly in the corridor just outside of my room starting from 7 in the morning and that’s a pretty unpleasant alarm clock…

Avoid staying at this hotel. Unprofessional staff with broken facilities.

The staff gave us a room that the door of the shower tray was broken but did not mention a word about it during check-in. When we found the issue of the shower area at night, the staff replied that they couldn’t do anything. Moreover, the water pressure of the facet is super low in shower area. Meanwhile, the toilet was filing up very slowly after flush. This toilet defiantly needs repair works.

The staff Daniel was exceptional.Knowledgeable and resourceful like our own personal concierge. He arranged tours, taxis and filled our every need, honestly I felt like I was staying at a 5 starwith service like this, Patricia also was an efficient and welcoming staff member,Both of them provide excellent customer service I would stay here at Golden Napoli whenever I return to this unforgettable city of Napoli.They made two strangers in Naples feel at home and for this I thank them so very much.Can’t wait to return !

The Location was great, the cleanliness very good, the 24 security was appreciated and thorough.You provided the clients with great personnel who possessed excellent customer service skills not found at other higher class properties.So I really liked everything at this property!

The room key didn't work on the second day, but the lady in the reception was very polite and helpful, issuing a new one and making sure it did work.

Now for the management: The internet didn't work in the room. It is 2024, it amazes me how come some hotels manage to not provide a proper wi-fi, it's almost like not able to provide fresh towels. It is 0800am and the housekeeping staff are chatting loudly in the corridor (I know this is Napoli... but common sense, anyone? Some guests might want to sleep) and leave stuff everywhere around the floor, like a crate of bottles, piles of towels/sheets, cleaning products, a broom (wtf?), not only unprofessional but also a safety hazard.Common hotel facilities are practically non-existent, the cafe/breakfast area looks more like a storage room. You can perhaps use the couch at the reception and listen to the receptionist eat and chat about his weekend.It's 1040am (check-out time is 11am), walk outside to grab quick coffee and the male receptionist abruptly asks your room number with a suspicious look, as if the guest is forgetting to check-out. The guest has instead to explain that will be coming back for check-out before 11am. The professionalism level stayed at one the street drains of Naples.3 stars Hotel? I give it a 2 at best.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Place was clean even if a bit older than expected. Very good value for money! Great position!

I booked a room with breakfast included but once I arrived there was no breakfast available (the hotel has not anymore the breakfast room!). Neither they provided me with a ticket for a bar (usual for b&b or places that can’t provide breakfast). Besides, I have already paid for it!

Great location, close to the places we wanted to visit. Great food choices nearby.

Reception for the longest time could not find our reservation. Then forgot to to give the passport back, had to be reminded. Did not reserve parking, although promised to do so.The room is small. The shower is dirty, with the part of the door missing, and no existent water pressure.

Good location. Friendly staff, it was no problem to extend my stay by one night. The room was clean with good ac.

My window was not to the street and it smelled bad when opened

The location good, it's near the metro and the city center. The staff was very polity and the beds was comfy.

I didn't like the amount of dust that my room had after the cleaning. Otherwise was good.
