Hotel San Michele

Everything was very good, the facilities were great, everything was very clean, the bedsheets were very soft. Staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Bruno ?

But the breakfast was bad ?

Great location, small hotel, average breakfast but on site roof top. Close to amazing Metro train for. Easy access all over.Napoli was a very pleasant surprise...inexpensive, lots of history/ adventure/ excellent Italian shopping.Worth the time in Italy!

The hotel is very well located and staff is friendly. Bathroom was big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious

Location is good - walkable distance from metro, railway station, good pizzerias/restaurants nearby. The room is clean, has 2 big double beds (+ a small additional bed if needed), which are separated from each other with a long table zone. In addition, the small kitchen area with all the necessary accessories is available, with a big fridge. Air conditioning is working fine. The room has a Smart TV and good WiFi. Personal is very friendly and polite, they answer all your questions and try to help if needed. Automated laundry service (laundromat) is available just 50 meters up the street.

The staff was very very helpful, in different ways, very nice. The location is also pretty good, we could always come back for a nap or short rest before going on

It's a little too run down for the price, our room smelled a bit humid, which for a different price range might have been understandable. Breakfast was ok, but just ok. I'd say overpriced

The location was very good - close to the train station and also just on the edge of the historical area. The room was huge! Two big double beds and they were very comfortable.

Missing facilities like sitting chairs, safe door locker and minimum sound proofing. Claudia at the reception was a great hostess and beyond expectations of her role.

Value for money and really clean rooms which was in huge contrast to the local area.

Hotel room bit tired so could do with some tlc

The location was fabulous. Staff were helpful and room was spacious. Breakfast included was a real bonus. Would recommend.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, but the staff working and serving breakfast could have had a friendlier approach. We stayed in spacious and modern room for four. The double bed was very comfortable, but the bed sofa is maybe more appropriate for young children since it was very soft. In the evening we found a nice restaurant/bar just behind the hotel and the famous pizzeria Da Michele is just around the corner too. Over all we are very satisfied with our stay and it was close to the central station which was good since we had a train to catch the next day.

At reception at the entrance receptionist sayede breakfast included. after breakfast they said''sorry not included 10€ per person.Receptionist offered taxi to the airport. She guaranteed 20€ but the taxi driver asker more money in the airport.Needed to discuss about Prime and still we payed more than promised Hotel is aday from Touristic Charming points of the city. minimum 2,5 km.

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, great location in the heart of the city.

Large clean comfortable room. Good breakfast and sun terrace. Helpful staff - we were late arriving but they kept reception open for us.

Very near busy main road with constant traffic noise - we didn’t sleep well. Offered a bar service until 6pm but when we went at 5pm guy had gone home.

The location… it may be convenient for the central train station (10 minute walk) but further away from main attractions

The fridge was not working The bathroom accessories specially the shower tube was not working probably ( had leakage almost everywhere ) and was old!

Great staff that contact us for checking the arrival time, got a room upgrade for free. Easy location and pleasant experience overall.

Lean and very courteous staff.

Breakfast. Inadequate choice of food and fruit. Watered down juice. Too similar to a chain hotel breakfast in the US.
