Close to the station

Dirty , bad neighbors, old , smell bad , when I I take a shower , the water leak everywhere in the bathroom . I almost felt on the floor . It is bad experience

Very clean. New renovation. Good location in Naples. Good Breakfast.

It looked like the hotel was newly renovated.

The room we were put in had the balcony door open. The AC was not working and each time we talked to the receptionist about it, they were unwilling to help. The room had bugs and mosquitos as well. They also never picked up their calls when I called.

I like this hotel because it’s not very expensive. It’s close to Napoli Centrale, and the staff are excellent. The reception staff are so kind, and I really love them.The breakfast is also very tasty. They have a nice breakfast room, and the staff who serve breakfast are great as well)

I didn’t like the area around the hotel because it feels a bit unsafe to walk outside at night.

The room was very good, giant television, very well located, comfortable bed and very good breakfast.

Hotel policy very strict to check-in time. There is no option to enter earlier even 5 min. No proper waiting area. Air conditioner small for the room size.

Just a few steps away from train station!!! we need a place to rest and close to the train station.

The room was so warm. Mini split inside the room was not working properly.

Close proximity to Central Station. The room was clean and comfortable.

The A/C was working but basically non existent. It was very warm in the room and in the middle of the night the building lost power and nothing was working, no electricity, no phone, no light, not the elevator. I had to leave early to the airport and breakfast was promised to be delivered to the room and this never happened. I couldn’t boil the water for the coffee in the room either. Lots of shady characters around the hotel. Felt little unsafe.

The hotel was clean and modern. Our room had a tiny window but a huge bathroom with a large shower, which was a big plus. The entry way of the hotel is a bit small, but comfortable and the breakfast area nice and comfortable. Staff were super nice and overly helpful.

The property itself was nice and clean, but outside on the street it was a bit dirty and on occasion appears sketchy.

Location

The room is not as shown in the pictures. The suite is located in a very old apartment building and has a strange odor. Although there is a window, the entire apartment smells unpleasant, which makes it difficult to ventilate the room. The space feels enclosed with poor or no air circulation.There is a shared kitchen, but there are no clean cups or plates available. The breakfast provided is very simple, and the dining area is located downstairs.To be honest, it doesn’t seem up to the standard of a four-star hotel.It’s also confusing that several hotel names appear under the same apartment address.

the cleaning supplies, the smelled terrible. It was clean but it was an awful smell.

The room was spacious, the bathroom luscious and the location was perfect. The staff were very accommodating and lovely to deal with.

Absolutely nothing

Neighborhood is dirty, full of homeless people. "Superior" room was dirty, smaller than advertised, not maintained at all.

Ideal location for connections via station or airport bus. Rooms smart and well equipped. Breakfast excellent.

Just an observation rather than a criticism- I hadn’t completely understood that the main entrance is through the door to S. Angelo Palace Hotel, where the reception is manned 24/7.

Decent hotel, near main train station, which is very good staring point for day trips. Clean rooms, decent size, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Good breakfast.

To go to 2nd floor you need to use elevator, there are no stairs. The elevator is a bit old and it can fit only 2, max 3 people. I was worried what would happen in case the elevator doesn't work or in case of fire, the staff assured me there is an emergency exit (which I didn't check). This was not a big problem in general, but it was a bit strange.

Location was beside the main Railway terminal so excellent to get to in terms of travel and access to airport. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Good tea and snacks made availailable in room. Boutique type decor.

Not crazy about only being checked in at 15.00 hrs and checked out by 10.30 hrs. The idea of a room in a hotel is to avail of it. However time in the room is quite limited. There was an extra charge if you needed to stay longer so it is no longer a 24 hr arrangement. Internet did work but there was a need to re fill in information as service broke down more than excpected so reconnection was necessary. Street location for hotel could be a little better. Lighting in the room not great for reading.
