Fly Boutique Hotel

The staff at Fly Boutique Hotel were very accommodating and friendly to my wife and I. They had good recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Their breakfast was top-notch as well.

The room was pretty small, but the hotel itself was small so the room size made sense.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

The location was frightening and the young lady at the desk was absolutely uninterested.

The staff wanted to complain that we didn’t call about the water issue. The problem was that there was no water, so no it wasn’t our fault.

The localisation was decent.

The staff entered the room without aking.Also there was a cockroach! The place was very dirty and disgusting.Not recommend at all.

Honestly, nothing.

Old, in a desperate need of renovation, location is horrible, they say that breakfast is offered and is not. This disn’t happened to me, but run with 2 different guesta and there was no one on the reception for check in, also, if you need assistance you won’t have. Not recommend at all.

The breakfast pastries were delicious and varied everyday. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff very helpful, booking a taxi for our return airport transfer and allowing us to store bags until late.

The room very quiet, clean, comfortable . The breakfast is nice and you can have it in a wonderful balcony with views to the volcano

Uncomfortable beds, bad working shower, very small rooms, long time deep dirty bathroom, remote to Tv wasn't working, elevator didn't work sometimes.

The breakfast was good and the coffee was as well. The top floor is also nice to relax

The AC was problematic. It properly worked only in the morning for some reason. The view was not so ok, but nothing can be done about that.

Great location comfortable bed. Fabulous air conditioning, which we really appreciated as was very hot and humid. Nice breakfast, which was included in the price. Staff were very helpfulRecommended staying here as great value for the money

Amazing staff & so accommodating. We arrived early after catching an overnight ferry from Sicily. The owners invited us in, told us to come have breakfast and then allowed us to store our baggage as we looked around the city. They remained at our disposal and were incredibly kind.The hotel itself is well located for the central station and accessing Napoli old town and Pompeii. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay here again when we next visit Napoli ?

The staff were very friendly. A lovely breakfast is included.We were only there for one day and were able to walk to many attractions.

the hotel's location is great. The staff was polite.

The room was covered with dust as if it wasn't recently stayed in, the toilet flush button was broken. Most of the services were dusty as well. The room had no window apart from the window in the bathroom.

Very good location, but very tiny rooms without chairs. Also no chairs on the balcony. Shower door was broken and didn’t close

Close to centre and to the station. Clean room.

Walls were too dark. Bathroom needed brighter lighting.
