    Cons -

    • The room could have been modernized-dated and somewhat shabby, but also livable.
    • Tiny room in the back with stairs in front of the window.there were no slippers,no kettle, no vanity pack, etc. basically just a plain tiny room with two twin beds pulled together ptrettendibg to be a double.
    • Bats beating outside my window. Kept me up all night. Visible bat droppings outside my window- staff should've seen this and had this bat problem taken care of. Worst night of sleep! Or I should say no sleep.

Position. The rooftop and the view. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

As usual it would have been great a lower price/ night but I guess overall is good price/value ratio

Best view over the city from the terrace, fantastic breakfast, the best bed, when you feel like sleeping on the cloud, splendid breakfast (starts at 6.30 am!)

    Clean, good location.

Almost 500 eur per night for a family room in such class hotel is not OK

Location was handy and staff were really helpful Nice atmosphere in the lobby bar.

It was over priced for the quality of the rooms and it's facilities

    Good location and breakfast

    The wifi did not work

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

If you order a boiled egg for breakfast you have to pay extra!! Pillows very uncomfortable.I ordered a crib for my 2 year old baby and it’s too small, he could barely fit in it.

The breakfast was good but lacks variety after the 2nd day.Views are amazing though.

Breakfast can use with more variety.

The location was good and we appreciated the on site, garage parking. Every staff member was kind and helpful and greeted us with a smile. Very good breakfast options with a great view of the harbor.

central area close to shops. felt safe.

Given the price tag and luxury amenities detailed online I was expecting more. Front staff was rude on arrival. We were not told about the hotel amenities and where to find them. It was obvious they cater to a higher clientele and maybe since we were 2 American women we got dismissed. Overall, not a great first impression. Will not stay there again but also not planning to visit Naples again either.

    Enormous room

Staff was mostly very good. We called one night from a restaurant hoping to get help with a cab back to the hotel and they were not particularly helpful. We finally asked for the number of a cab company they used and they provided it. We were also not informed about some of amenities, like the pool, which we would have used had we known about it.

Enjoyable. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Close to shopping, tourist attraction. International hotel chain standard.

    A bit pricey.

    7EricPosted on: 8-7-2024

Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower very good, space in the bathroom overall good. Had a room with a window towards the harbor and view of the Vesuvius.

No place to charge anything near the bed (I found only one! socket at the desk that had the water cooker plugged in)Loud dance music from the rooftop "party zone" till midnight.

    Location and view.

Breakfast very poor, tables dirty, staff not polite. During our check in a new client requested for price quotation and he was given 120 € lower price than ours, we have booked in advance twoRooms. I d like to be refunded this extra cost 120X2 rooms X 2 nights. The receptionist, the man during morning - day shift extremely impolite and didn’t inform us about our requests

The hotel is close to everything you might need while visiting the city. I really appreciated the extended hours for the facilities and breakfast. Also really grateful for the valet parking. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms might feel a bit cramped.
