Both receptionists, Daniele and Laurine, were extremely pleasant and always open to helping with any questions or requests. Their friendliness and willingness to support really made a positive difference during my stay.The location of the hotel was perfect. For me, it was in the nicest and cleanest area of Naples, and it was also conveniently close to a metro station, which made getting around very easy.The room was quite spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was delivered to the room every morning — a very convenient and enjoyable touch.Overall, I really liked my experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

One thing to keep in mind is that the area is quite lively, so if you are very sensitive to noise, you may notice it. For me personally, it was normal and did not affect my stay. This is, of course, outside of the hotel’s control.Overall, I don’t see any areas for improvement related to the hotel itself as it matched to my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it.

No chair in living room, no presence of bar in shower as well for towels.

Nicely appointed room in upscale Chiaia district. Nice modern bathroom and overall facilities. Breakfast: no restaurant at hotel but breakfast either in room or at nearby cafe, included.

Location was great. Room was large by European standards

The breakfast was a little bit of nothing. A cornetto and a coffee. I would say avoid the option of having it at the bar down the street. It's a chaotic mess to deal with first thing in the morning.

Good location close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the bay area, and at about 10 mins walk to the train station to go downtown. The receptionist was nice and helpful (he gave us restaurant recommendations and arranged an airport transfer for us). There was a whatsapp number for questions when no one was at the desk. The room amenities were a nice touch, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Finally, we got an early check in, which was greatly appreciated.

This comment is more a description for future travellers-- the facilities are really rooms (hence the name) in a small building with no common areas. Nothing wrong with that, just not to expect spaces to hang around outside the room, besides a coach near the entrance. Also, there is a big garage next door and in the mornings there is some noise as garbage bins get picked up, but other than that we found the street quiet and peaceful.

We have now stayed muktiple times in this property and the staff is always welcoming and accomodating, the rooms clean and confortable, the location juat perfect.

I had an absolutely amazing stay in Napoli! The location was perfect—central, safe, and just a short walk from things like bus or restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The lady named Laurine rly helped us out with a lot of things, and shes extremely nice and sweet.The facilities were excellent—modern, well-maintained, and everything worked flawlessly. it feel elegant and cozy.Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas. You could really tell that great care is taken to keep the property in top condition.I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Napoli. A truly perfect stay!

Clean and comfortable!Reception staff was lovely and helpful.

Friendly staff. Gave us free water. Pillows very comfortable. Lot of toiletries which were very helpful. Espresso machine in room was amazing.

Friendly staff, location is prefect, and many great restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and a variety of shops. Highly recommend!

The location

I was wondering why this was listed as a hotel. It was more like an apartment without a kitchen. No room service. The safe was broken. No blanket.

Staff was aware that we were leaving too early to get breakfast so they provided a take away lunch from a nearby bakery. Early check-in was also accommodated. Being English speaking the staff also arranged a taxi for an early trip to the airport.

Good size room, comfy bed and decent shower. Very conveniently located in the smart Chiaia district, just 5 mins from Piazza Amadeo with direct train to central station and onwards to Pompei. Equally close to the funicular up to pretty Vomero.

The reception area was very hot and stuffy

The hosts were exceptionally helpful!!Every single resteraunt recommendation was 10/10. Location was BRILLIANT from here we explored Naples, Amalfi Coast, Capri so easily using public transport due to proximity to metro station. The mattress was super comfortable which was a godsend after a long day sightseeing. Lovely shops and resteraunts nearby.

The neighborhood was very safe, close to the metro and easily walkable to everything we wanted to see. The room was very clean, updated, had a very comfortable mattress, and a sitting area. We would highly recommend and happily stay here again.

The location is safe and 5 minutes from the train station. Laurine at front desk was amazing, she went out of her way to provide information of places to visit; she was very knowledgeable about the area. I called her several times and texted her at late hours cause I didn't know how to turn on the A/C unit and she always responded and showed me how to work it . She had tremendous courtesy and patience with me. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was so spacious.

The shower is newly modern and very pretty, but it sprays water on the floor because the shower door only covers half

The location is perfect for a solo traveler. It is safe, easy to get to the center and train station with the metro and other public transportation, and there are great restaurants in the area. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. The room was great- comfortable bed, nice amount of space, closets, good bathroom and shower, and very clean. The breakfast had great offerings. I would stay here again.
